What is even happening here? This place has gone way, way downhill. Admittedly we hadn’t been there in a couple years but my youngest kid was invited to a birthday party today and they’re running a gift card deal, so we loaded up the family and headed there. First impression upon walking in was when was the last time this place was cleaned? There were obvious spills all over the place, the floors were all sticky, and the carpets were a mess, clearly hadn’t been vacuumed recently. There was something all over the floor by the lockers, I’m not sure what it was but it definitely looked metallic and like a choking hazard. When the kids were on the trampolines, a plume of crumbs and dirt bounced up each time they jumped. I won’t even touch on the bathrooms because I managed to avoid them the whole time. The kids told me the floors in there were even more sticky than the main floor, though. The floor of the ramp from the entry level up to the attractions was held together with duct tape (at least they used black so it kind of blended in). After having been there a while, I was wondering where the employees were. I saw plenty of them at the check in counter and cafe when we arrived, but there were only two “court monitors” in the entire facility, one at dodge ball (kind of, more like across from dodge ball and paying more attention to his phone than the kids) and another at the swing/zip line/trapeze. No one keeping big kids away from little kids. No one making sure there’s only one person per trampoline. And it’s not for a lack of staff, I saw plenty of people in Airborne gear but they keep disappearing into offices or “restricted” areas. I would have expected to see a supervisor or manager somewhere but having spent over 2 hours there, I didn’t see anyone who resembled an authority figure. My kids wanted snacks so we headed to the cafe. The pretzels were good and the drinks were cold, but so was the nacho cheese. Turns out the girl working the cafe was also the party host. I didn’t catch her name but she was absolutely hustling to set two parties while three of her coworkers literally sat down and watched the U of M football game on the TV in the middle of all the party rooms. I get that the place hires children and I should only expect so much, but if there was any type of leadership, I don’t think our experience would’ve been unpleasant at all. There is plenty of potential, we’ve seen it. When we used to come regularly, it was always clean, there were always multiple employees on the floor, sometimes 2 or 3 at one attraction, we felt very safe and at ease. Had it been a busier day, I can only imagine how chaotic things would’ve been. Ultimately, everyone we encountered was perfectly pleasant. The temperature inside was very comfortable. We were checked in within a reasonable amount of time. If it was actually cleaned and staff was doing what they were supposed to be doing, I’d even feel like we were charged a fair price, but considering all of the above I am very disappointed and my family and I won’t be returning anytime soon unless I hear things have changed.

Some of the female employees here are rude. I took my daughter and son there for her 12th birthday, I asked did they have any specials, a cashier Savannah told me no. I did find out 10 mins later they had a jumpapalooza special where as you buy 1 hour and you get an hour free on Thursdays from 6-8 and Saturdays from 8-10. I paid for an hour and a half session my bill came out to $42.40. I asked to have the difference refunded back to me, she and a the told me they couldn't do it. But a bus load of ppl came in. They definitely gave them that jumpapalooza special. I really felt I wasnt given the same equality. I would have even taken coupons for a free hour session for my kids instead of my money back. I did put my problem on their Facebook page, someone responded and told me to call the general manager Matt at the Taylor Sky Zone. I did 2times and left 2 messages for him and of course he never returned my phone calls. I really didn't want to give them 1 🌟 but I had to. I will never come back to this particular location. The guys that work at this location were awesome. I really wish I would have dealt with them.

NOT a place for toddlers. Took my son here with a bunch of friends and their children today. My son is two years old, they were constantly stopping him and telling him to stay in his square. There were MANY other people there, and those toddlers were running around also, they are toddlers..that’s what they do. My son kept getting “spoken to”. So I left the one jump area and met my friend and her 2 year old son at the jump pit. One mother was watching her son dog to the bottom and back up over and over, my friend was there with her son. As soon as I walked up and my son got in, I started to record a 30 second video, and by the time I was done we were being told that we had been in there too long and there was people waiting, I looked behind me and there was no one.... so now I’m fuming. I get my now very emotional 2 year old out from another place of having fun and am at a loss. So as I stand there and no one entered the pit, I told my son to go back in, no reason he can’t. Here comes the worker again telling him he had to get out. My son is TWO. There was NOONE else being spoken to the way my son was being followed and treated. My son was trying to make his way out and (he’s little) it took him a while to get out of the pit and the worker came back as if he was going to tell him he needed to get out again, mind you no one was waiting, so if it took my son a moment SO WHAT! If and when there was my son moved out of the way and got out and waited patiently again. I’m usually a very laid back go with the flow mother, but my son was not hurting himself or anyone, I also had the parent pass and got yelled at for being with my son.... I was not jumping or anything but Bc my foot was resting on the black trampoline part as I sat on the edge to be next to my child. I paid for an hour and a half for my child to be followed and told to stop every time he tried to do something basically. And not ONCE was I as the parent spoken to. Even if I tried to have my son be with the older kids we went with he was told he couldn’t be in that area as I watched MULTIPLE other young kids be there. Let’s just say, I probably won’t be back here. Very unsatisfied with your floor workers. People at the counter were very...

I was absolutely appalled after attending the Airborne in Taylor Michigan. Walking into the establishment wasn’t that bad. I was told one member was unable to help me, before passing me to another team member. I checked in for the birthday party and also bought a ticket for my other daughter. I used the restroom, several of the stalls had broken locks and the toilets had mold in them. Overall dirty. During the birthday party a young girl injured herself, her bone was sticking out of her leg. When asking the staff for a first aid kit or a splint we were told they didn’t have anything. Ok, great. They did bring a wheelchair, which obviously you should not move her due to her injury. After EMS arrived and took her out. I asked for cleaning supplies to clean up her blood, as I already had it on me. No need to contaminate two people. Well the first girl said “oh we don’t have any of that”. Excuse me! Another one got me a squirt bottle and some paper towels. I am sure it wasn’t anything that was proper for cleaning up blood but at least it was something. Afterward, I stood in line for food, to be told they didn’t have any! There were chips, and a cheese dispenser so one should easily be able to why I was so confused. So, they haven’t a single first aid supple to help an injured, bleeding child, nothing proper to clean up the blood, no food, and utterly atrocious bathrooms. This establishment should be ashamed of itself. I know the kids running the place are young, this falls on ill prepared ...
