Brought my newly iPad here to get the glass fix and the charger area. He did a good job replacing the glass. But he called me and said that the battery won’t work and I told him it’s a new iPad was gifted to me by my hubby and it’s only a year old and he replaced it anyway when I told him to just put the old battery back and he said it’s okay just come get it. And he did charge it before I picked it up so my kids played with it and at night I tried to charge it with my iPhone charger and it won’t charge so I went to bed w/out charging it . Next day woke up and tried my new chargers and some work and some don’t. Brought it back within a week to show him and he said oh you have to buy the charger from us 🫣 like what if I wanna buy cheaper on Amazon😶, I still didn’t get the chargers there. Now I’m stuck with a new iPad that just got fixed because it’s useless when I can’t charge it . Oh and a red flag was he asked me to pay in cash instead of the card. Be aware this isn't an actual repair shop as they can only REPLACE a very limited selection of parts from a limited selection of phones and cannot actually do anything to REPAIR things that are broken otherwise nor do they have any actual technical knowledge to assist in actual phone REPAIRS that are outside their extremely limited range of part replacement services. I have a iPhone 13 that lost its screen sensitivity. All the “self help” in the search engines didn’t fix it.

I arrived at the store and Rashid went right to work. He let me watch as he delicately unscrewed and removed the screen, cleaned the inside and got it working again. In fact, I’m writing the review from the now fixed phone.

Rashid was incredible and explained each step to my ongoing questions about the process.
