Putting away and cleaning up 30min. prior to close. Foods definitely not fresh. I used to work at Panda so I know this isn't their policy. I ended up just walking out and eating somewhere else instead of asking them to make fresh everything I wanted (considering they had nothing that I wanted even available).
EDIT: Came in again today and was again disappointed. Left the following survey about my experience: "Karla, the GM, was unenthusiastic and probably concerned over how long the line was getting. She didn't dish us enough food. She gave us smaller portions comparatively to other employees and customers. She didn't smile or greet us. She didn't say thank you when the bell rang. Our fortune cookies were forgotten. We had to wait 10 minutes for items to even cook (longer than what Karla originally told us). I have previously had good experiences at this panda with good portions but I am frustrated when I am still hungry at the end of finishing a bigger plate because Karla didn't dish enough food. Other customers behind us were served first. Extremely disappointed and annoyed today. Karla skimped on giving us enough food, in addition to the other problems. No sense of urgency from staff. By the time we finally got all our food, the first items we were given got cold."
EDIT 2: Came in today and Maritza did an incredible job! Maritza worked quickly, yet was still patient as I selected items. When at the register, she informed me I had points I could redeem if I wanted. She also offered me all food items as well and I got 2 orders of rangoons. The food portion sizes were good too although I've had issues with that in the past. She did a great job and I'm impressed enough to be updating my review to 5 stars!
EDIT 3: Haven't updated my review for over a year so I thought I'd update it today. This is usually a solid location but tonight was disappointing. Putting food away 90 minutes before close. Nearly everythings empty. I had to wait for fresh. Employees are slow, and unenthusiastic. No manager out on the floor. Some tables clean, some dirty. There's no rush for the employees tonight. Asked me to pay and walked away from register before I could pull out my app and scan for points. That obviously didn't work since they had to cancel payment again before I could actually scan. Read moreWas a last minute decision to eat here. Upon entering the restaurant there was a long line. However, my husband was okay with making the wait. (He sat in the car with the two kids.) The line did move fairly quickly. When it was my turn to make the order my husband wanted the Black Pepper Steak. The worker informed me they were out, and it would take about 6-8 minutes. Would i be okay to wait? Yes, that seems fine. I continue through the line with the rest of my order. I then pay the cashier, Shayla. Then I stand away from the cashier and wait. I then continue to wait! She, Shayla, could clearly see me standing there waiting. I watched several people come and go with their orders. She never once said anything to me about my order, or that it’s coming. After 30 minutes of standing there, NO EXAGGERATION, I had been watching the time. Finally, I waited until there was a space in the line and approached Shayla. I was very pleasant, and I said to her, “how much longer will it be for the steak? I need to go.” Like the flip of a switch Shayla got very upset with me, and became very short with me. I was stunned, because all I asked was how much longer. And with that, I said to her, “can I just get a different entree?” I would think after 30 minutes, on a busy Friday night, the steak would’ve been cooked in the 6-8 minutes like the other staffer told me? So, not only am I put out the extra money for the steak I never got, but I was treated very rudely by this Shayla character. I did get a entree in place of the steak, another scoop of the orange chicken. Great?! The point of this whole “complaint” is if you are going to work in customer service be patient, be kind, calm down! I was no way rude! I work in customer service, I deal with all different kinds of people on a daily basis! Her actions were absolutely disgusting! And the manager at this facility needs to have a chat with this Shayla, teach her how to interact with customers. Or just tell her it’s time to look for a different job? I don’t normally waste my time in writing a bad review, I would much rather write in a compliment. However, the way she made me feel has stuck with me, and something needs to be said. I am not particularly a fan of Panda Express, but I can tell you this much, I will go out of my way to eat at a different facility, with the hopes of being treated...

After our prior visit I was hell bent on not returning to Panda Express but after a couple months we decided to give this place another try. Boy oh Boy do we regret that decision. Never again.
When the 'supervisor' finally got to our food it has been sitting in its to go container BEHIND the counter for over 5 minutes. The two other employee's by her side seemed oblivious on how to take care of there customers.
We told the lady at the counter how dissatisfied we were and that we did not want our food. She did not try to remedy the situation or even say sorry.
If you want great customer service and amazing food. Go to Chick-Fil-A or Free Birds. Yum!
