An L shaped strip mall anchored by Walgreens. Simple enough layout, and the Chinese food place, the dollar/lottery retailer does a brisk business. Same for the vegetable/flower shop. Parking is plenty, but get tight near the elbow where the stores are. The spaces are too small and folks tend to park too erratically. Many just line up in the fire lane right in that corner while another goes in. There's also a Subway sandwich shop, a cleaners, a Dunkin donuts with no drive thru, a child care spot wedged in that corner. A paint store took over after a couple failed ventures in the space where a Blockbusters video store closed years ago. They also recently added a tiny Urgent Care center, an it's not a 24 hour one. If it's holiday season, park out closer to State Street and save the jockeying for spaces. Teaneck recently announced some sidewalk renovations on Teaneck road, similar to the failed ventures on Cedar Lane.
