Soccer Coliseum — Local services in Teaneck Township

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLY RUN SOCCER! The staff is very vulgar and mean towards even the kids. I was shocked to hear this referee and others yell at the kids by using such bad language. Primarily, the older bald referee is a nuisance and gave 6 yellow cards out in one game I was witnessing from afar. This happened a couple of times in the 3 hours I was there as the ref has no regard for anyone else. I had talked to this particular referee about a year before as he told me and I quote, "I don't care whether the kids want fair rules, I will ref how I want." To talk not just about this ref, there are no amenities like food or snacks as the "snack bar" is always unoccupied. The owner of the place was on his phone causing delays in games. When parents confronted him he threatened to ban them for his own mistake. I have been to these particular fields but have recently had much trouble even having a good time. We were there for a tournament last weekend. The doors were closed when we arrived, at 3:28pm someone unlocked the doors from the inside. I walked in with my husband and kid then all of a sudden an older male started coming towards us, which I believe is the owner, he treated us all with so much disrespect screaming at us to get out without much explanation. Upon arrival, we were a bit surprised by how packed the parking lot was it’s definitely limited. Overall, we had a great time watching the tournament. The staff keeping score of the soccer games were very helpful and guided us to find our team inside the stadium.
