Wow... the way i was treated trying to get my rotors turned here!!! So I came in a pinch, I was heading out of town and needed my rotors turned. I didn't need new ones. So when I walked into the store and was told by a professional CSR ( customer service representative) that their machine for turning rotors was down. Which sucked lol, but this CSR was on point and called another store, and I was good to go. But then there was the store manager BRADLEY. He decided that he needed to see what I wanted, and after hearing, i needed the rotors turned. He thought he could have a sale trying to sell me new rotors that come with free breaks (as he mentioned). I told him I didn't need new ones. But if I did, I would check around! That's when he became VERY irate, like it's not okay to check prices with competitors' prices. He became loud and acting like a child over business he would have never got, i never needed new rotors to begin with. This is the store manager who rather make money on someone rather than help. From the short talk we had, he's very unprofessional, not knowledgeable in parts. Need classes on how to talk to ppl and accept NO as an answer. Hope this location gets a better manager to run...

So far this place has not let me down!

First time I visited, the guy (who's name I believe is Rick) helped us out by showing us some vacuum hose lines and others alike. The only difference being that he knew what we were talking about without actually knowing much about the part's name.

We went to other parts stores and they had no idea what we needed, even though we brought in a rough estimate of the size of the hose line that we needed. They said they didn't carry any sizes that small, but upon finding out that they were the vacuum hose lines, Rick let us know that they should of had those hoses.

Long story short, every time I visit here for any sort of car need, they are all knowledgeable and know exactly what you might need.

Would've been 5 stars, but if they keep this up, I'll gladly...

Rick and the service level at the store are absolutely amazing!

This location is absolutely awesome. It is literally the best of all of the stores in the Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lancaster, and Chester areas.
