As someone who had never tried reformer Pilates before, I was a little nervous walking in—but from the moment I stepped through the door, I felt completely at ease. The calming environment, warm lighting, and inviting space immediately set the tone for an amazing experience.

Lorraine has found instructors and staff that are beyond friendly and make you feel welcomed, supported, and empowered, no matter your experience level. They take the time to ensure proper form and movement, so you get the most out of every session. The attention to detail here is next level—from the perfectly curated playlists to the chilled lavender towel at the end of class (which is pure bliss after an intense yet rewarding workout).

I love love love Vibe! The moment I stepped in the door to try a class I knew it. I continue to enjoy it more every time! Which is nuts because I HATE working out. But I love working out here. The owner is so kind and helpful (I had a million questions). The instructors are awesome! They are super knowledgeable, supportive and holy moly- they make you work! This studio is amazing! The equipment is state of the art and there are so many different options, you may never do the same class twice. The instructors are wonderful - they pay attention to your personal needs and provide a welcoming environment for newbies and experienced alike.

After just a few reformer / tower / mat classes, I'm hooked and feel invigorated each time I leave the studio. Lorraine and team have done an exceptional job - what a treat to have this gem in the heart of Tega Cay! Can't wait to sign up for a membership...
