Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Tega Cay

Horrible customer service. Was first in line in the drive thru waited for 6 minutes before the tech even acknowledged me. She then told me it would be a few minutes. Ten minutes later she finally came to the window and was told only one of the two prescriptions were ready after receiving an automated message stating all scripts were ready. I was then told to come back in 15 minutes to pick up the second prescription. We have now been trying call for the pharmacy for 17 minutes to ask if the second script is ready. No answer. The pharmacy has the worst staff, they are lazy and don’t answer phones, they hang up on you after being placed on hold, they have no respect when talking to customers, and they act like they hate their job, they don’t explain when your asking for prescription prices. Do not go to this pharmacy they are absolutely terrible...
