Kohl's — Local services in Temecula

I recently went to Kohl's to get shoes for my son, the reason I'm revising my review.

The cashier did not do her job. She did not remove the dye tag from the shoe. I'm in a hurry for an appointment, I don't have time to go back for her to do her job right...my son needed shoes for an event so, have to call my hubby to come and take my son to Kohl's again. I'm not happy, my husband is not happy, my son is not happy with this transaction. For shoes, go somewhere else. (see pictures)

quick, efficient return customer service counters...I have to specify that the 5star review is for the Amazon Return Counter.

The Kohl's Return Counter is completely different. I would only give it a 2 🌟 🌟.

I ordered a vacuum online 11/21/2021. It came today 11/23/2021, two hours ago. I excitedly opened it; I wanted to clean because although I'm off Thanksgiving Thursday, I'm scheduled to work 12 hours tomorrow(Wednesday)... I was greatly disappointed. The vacuum shipped was used. The canister has scratches, and still had hair inside (a DNA test can be done, if one wants to find out who used and returned it.)😲 I bought it on sale for $169.99, if I knew Kohl's sell vacuum in this condition, I wouldn't take it even if they're giving it for free! But, that's not even the worst part...I went to Kohl's to return it. There happened to be a lady with her daughter who got to "Customer Service" a second before me. They were returning a cart full of clothes, and another full of boxes. I had hoped, the customer service rep would take my return first since it was only one item and she is the only one there but, NO. I had to wait almost half an hour for my turn. She apologized three times but, it was an empty apology. I asked her to call for help but, she didn't. The wait is almost half an hour but, less than 5 minutes to return the used vacuum they sent me(no QC who checked purchases online before sending...

I frequent this Kohls often, almost always for Amazon returns...and then get drawn in to browse around! It's very conveniently located in the Redhawk Towne Center on Temecula Parkway and there is tons of parking. They are great for Amazon returns however, they keep moving the Amazon kiosk around! Thankfully, the staff here are also super helpful - most recently, a clerk was helping someone else but saw me walk in and head to the old kiosk with an Amazon return and she actually stopped me to steer me to the new location which I greatly appreciated.

Kohls is also a nice choice for discount shopping. They always have sales which are sometimes hard to keep track of but most of the checkout clerks will alert you to sales, coupons, etc. Lines at checkout are sometimes long, but move quickly as managers seem to be on top of adding more open registers.

The store is well laid out and fairly organized. Changing rooms are usually kept up and cleared out regularly.

There is a Sephora now located inside this Kohls which I have yet to check out but like that the option is there.

Overall, this is a great Kohls store that I'll continue...

Sales people are way too pushy. During the entire transaction they try to get me to apply for a Kohls credit card and I shouldn't have to say no literally 5 times. The employee is a cashier first and foremost. Their main task is to ring me up. The shopping experience is tolerable. While I'm skimming the workers pay no attention to you unless they're trying to sell you something. Otherwise they dismiss you as if you don't exist. I made a return and the employee only gave me a refund on one product because she didn't notice there were 2 items so we had to do the process twice. You might find some clothes, shoes, and purses at the highest prices compared to other retailers. The store itself is mostly organized, just not so much in the clearance section. The lines are...
