Update: I purchased a bed from a different place, but I did go back into this location and I purchased 2 two other items and I had a much better experience. They have really great prices on furniture. As I of right now I don’t need anything else but perhaps in the future I will revisit this location. With that said I am changing my one star review to 4 stars.
Came in here to purchase a bed. They seemed short staff so I waited patiently. The sales woman was very nice she was working with another customer and went to get someone to help me. He came out I asked him some questions and asked for for information on a couple of the beds. He was really nice. He said he’s be right back with the information. A few minutes passed and I noticed he was with some other customers he walked passed me and said he’d be right back with the information. I walked around for a while and he still hadn’t come back I then see him sitting down with the other customers when he hadn’t even finished helping me. I waited a few minutes more then decided to leave because I felt that it was rude of him to start helping someone else when he hadn’t even helped me. Read moreThe salespeople there are fine. The quality of what you buy there is horrendous. Junk. If you don't inspect super closely on the floor, you will realize at home when it's too late. We unfortunately learned this the hard way. Bought a 4k sectional on "4th of July" sale and picked it up ourselves since they change for delivery and we lived fairly near the warehouse. When we got it home and the pieces together, it is very shakey and unstable. There is so much movement between each piece is ridiculous. The backs do not line up smoothly and there are noticeable gaps. Not only that, but the chaise lounge piece did not have the feet attached. When my husband called MOR furniture, the only option for customer service is via text or email. No option for phone call at all. This led to an unnecessarily drawn out process in which we were told that because we had picked up the item, they would not bring us a new piece, or even send us just the missing feet. This tidbit was not mentioned in the store when we chose the warehouse pickup. So we had to pack up the(oversized) chaise back into our truck, drive back to the warehouse, and pick up and bring home a replacement chaise ourselves. Incredible. Will not...
Read moreNEVER GOING TO USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AND TERRIBLE QUALITY OF PRODUCT. After dealing with a warranty issue that has yet to be addressed I am writing a negative review. I bought one of the top leather sofas and one backrest broke within the first month of owning it. Still under warranty and they promised me a new backrest in 3 months. After 3 months no back rest, was told the item was on back order and would be in soon. A month later no backrest, and I was informed the backrest was still on back order and I would be getting a new sofa instead. Fast forwards to today, the new sofa was suppose to arrive with the delivery driver. He showed up without a new sofa but new backrest(s) yes; two backrests and they weren't even the same ones for the sofa I purchased. I previously asked for a refund and was told its not possible because they get 1 year to fix the broken issue, so my sofa is going to be broke longer then its been working since I bought it. Trying to get a refund or going to court, well see how they proceed and I will update.
