The ladies there are mean! They are super fake. Super nice one day and next day bipolar mode switch. I worked a couple suites down and at first they were all nice then they went over there being so rude 😒 as if they are not in customer service themselves. Trash staff . They act like middle school mean girls gossip than go treat us all rude. But whatever glad this isn't my ups. I used to be the nicest to me and im always working my butt off as if they dont know what thats like. Anyways, I go to the Elsinore location and they are the nicest. Avoid this place if you're looking for real kind authentic humans. Unfortunately they became my work neighbors and are toxic so moving forward....

I had a great experience at UPS today. I want to sincerely thank Nikolitee for her outstanding customer service. She was patient, kind, and very helpful with my mailing needs)… As someone whose first language is not English, I truly appreciated how clearly and respectfully she communicated with me. She made the process smooth and stress-free…. It’s rare to come across people who go the extra mile — but she did exactly that. UPS is lucky to have someone like her on their team. They’re pretty good with customer service but this blond lady was rude. She acted as the place was busy when it wasn’t, and she placed the return label however she wanted it, making it obvious that she didn’t care about my package or me. She called next right after. She only scanned my barcode folded the bag randomly without looking when the package was opened. I don’t even think it sealed. I hope the package arrives fine to the destination. She definitely wanted to make me feel she didn’t care. Please, hire people who cares about their job. Not just someone who...
