MY HEART IS BROKEN. New and moved to the area, looked for a good church and then found ourselves here at the Rock. Had an overall great time and experience and it was about to become our church. THEY TURNED AWAY MY SPECIAL NEEDS SON. I’m leaving this review for my special needs families out there. When we arrived I ALWAYS explained my son’s autism and all that comes with it. I even explained to please have him in a lower age ground because cognitively he is not with the peers of 8 years and older. He is unable to successfully do the same demands and expectations as a typical 8+ year old. They did not listen to what I had to say and said “oh he will be okay we have him covered let’s put him with his age group”. I go get him after service and was told I need to ask permission and see if it is “okay” to leave him next time and if it is not okay he will be TURNED away. TURNED AWAY? Any other parents kids getting turned away due to disabilities or just mine? Their reasoning was having someone sit with him and watch him (which he doesn’t require 1:1 support) but they said telling him to be quiet and sit down required staff on him and they didn’t have staff for that. My son has Autism placing demands on him to stay seated and quiet isn’t something he can “just do”. We left and haven’t gone back. THEY DONT HAVE “SUPPORT” FOR SPECIAL...

My wife and I first attended The Rock Church Temecula Valley in August 2012. On this particular Sunday the Senior Pastor Hennie was out on a mission trip in South Africa. His lovely wife Pastor Miranda preached part 2 of a series titled: "Can You Hear Me Now". She expounded on the importance of us Christians being in tune to God's voice and the various ways He may speak to us. It was a truly enriching and edifying message. We both left with with an immense sense of fulfillment. We heard and received the uncut word of God in that we must be mindful to listen intently through the rambling, distractive noises of the enemy for the direction of God in every area of our lives.

We joined the The Rock Church Temecula Valley in September 2012 and went through the new members class where we gained a clear understanding of the vision and mission of the The Rock Church. They are not only an active Mark 16:15 purpose driven church, but the body of this church epitomizes the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

My wife and I wholeheartedly support the vision of the leaders and are now proud active members of The Rock Church Temecula...

Pastor Henney Is the major draw to this church. He has a very funny and down-to-earth style of communicating his sermons, which I love. He has a solid knowledge of The Bible and in all of the church sessions you are courage to take notes in the pamphlets that they provide.

I participate in their small group ministries and I have found the community to be full of very sincere and kind individuals who love God and are looking for ways to reach out and help others.

I would encourage any Christians who are new to the area to visit this church. It is a non denominational...
