Donut Series, Part 11 “Discoveries are often made by not following instructions; by going off the main road; by trying the untried.” Frank Tyger
Frank might just be onto something here, and Craynut Donuts has decided to put his theory to the test.
In fact, they appear to be challenging the entire donut establishment. The traditional industry standard is pretty simple: while the rest of us are catching the last of those z’s each night 😴 some unfortunate person is dispatched to crank out some 🍩 even before the sun rises.
And yet Craynut Donuts questions the assumption that donuts must be prepared before you arrive. Pshaw says them! How about watching your donut being prepared before your eyes and to your specifications (sometimes including the addition of 🔥)?
I kid you not, determine the number of donuts that you need, select your glaze, toppings, and drizzles, and then sit back and watch the creative process! Sure, you’ll need to wait a few minutes on their comfy couches, but these are custom donuts people!

Very disappointing because the idea of the store is A+, i think if they change their dough recipe, filter their fryer daily and deep clean it weekly it...

Presentation is cute and the donuts themselves are so fluffy and tasty, almost like vanilla cake. They also have coffee and donut milkshakes available. I highly suggest coming when they first open or when it isn't busy so you can properly view the entire donut...
