Great service, good selection of beer. We visited Temecula Wine & Spirits to pick up some Southern California beers for our son who lives in Oregon. He provided us with a list and the experts at Temecula Wine & Spirits did the rest. It was like having our own personal shopper. We were educated as we went through the store to fulfill the order. We were also presented with some suggested beers that we purchased in which impressed our son when he received them. The five stars are awarded for service. I know much more about wine than I do about beer. It is nice to have someone come from behind the counter and spend time helping you get what you need. My impression is, this is the spot. Will never come here again: We were visiting from Vegas and the lady with the Katy Perry bangs and her side kick grumpy grandpa who were working Friday may 23rd at 5pm literally had the worst customer service. They were rushing us out of the store. I guess 5 o’clock is there rush hour? I don’t know , but I’ve never felt so rushed out of a store in my life. I made it known that I felt their energy and completed my check out as quickly as i could. I said out loud “let me get out of your hair” . Bought my 3 bottles of wine and skedaddled. Won’t be back to this store ever again in life. We joined some wine clubs while we were in town for a wedding and stopped by here on our way back to our hotel.
