I've only been here twice and it was very quick because I already knew what I wanted but no problems. The employees seem friendly. Today there was a guy at the front that asked me right away what I needed and directed me exactly to where I needed to go which was great. Even though I knew what I wanted, stores are different so I could've been wandering around in the section but he even knew the row it was in if the section. Great! The manager also double checked on me to make sure I was helped. Great customer service here so far.
Update : from 5 stars to 1. I actually went to the best buy in Murrieta first but had a horrible experience there so I returned to this one hoping that it would be flawless like it was in the past.
Wrong.
First, the guard at the front directed me to the place I needed to go. The girl in Murieta tried to solve the problem herself and she wasn't even really looking. At least this guy had the presence to realize he only has one job. But he told me to sit and wait. I sat and watched several employees pass by me chatting with each other about personal things. I guess half the store was on break. I wish the store manager would watch the video. But I sat and waited patiently. Suddenly, from the BACK of the store, an employee is walking up with a customer. So, how exactly did that happen? Phones aren't in the back. And I was there for awhile so I know they weren't there and then left to check on something. But I was still patient. Then I see another employee with another customer come out of nowhere. This felt like it was a joke. I sat and waited and waited. They were both just chatting away, living their best life. After awhile, I looked over at the guard that told me to sit and wait. He knew EXACTLY why I was looking at him and he looked me right in the eyes and shrugged his shoulders.
This after already having a bad experience at the other location.
So if this wasn't bad enough, the issue that I was there for was brushed under the carpet. My screen protector, which was 40 bucks, is visibly worn after only 1 month. When the woman finally finished with her customer, I showed her and she wiped it with a cloth and it seemed to fix it. But, this was the same thing that happened with my last screen protector. The crazy thing is that I have a lifetime warranty on it. So I don't know why she didn't want to fix it but just like I thought, after some time, the imprint on the face is back again. I'm not sure how or why this happens but it's happened to every one I've bought. Which is why I bought the one with the lifetime warranty but it was almost like she just wanted to get me out of the store and not fix it. What a joke.
This is why I would rather buy things online. Customer service is trash and a waste of time. Half of the employees there were not doing anything. I can bet this raises costs for products, right?? Imagine not having to pay 10k employees or utilities or property costs!! Imagine how much cheaper electronics would be. *think about it!!...

My family member came in on Saturday and purchased a dishwasher they set an appointment for delivery on the following Wednesday so I took the day off of work and waited I was notified it was going to be delivered on Thursday which is fine things happen the window was from 7-11 so I got an email stating it was on schedule and they would be arriving at 850 so 10am rolls around and Iām told it was now going to be between 11-1 so 230 rolls around and Iām notified it will now be Saturday this is after I had scheduled for my old dishwasher to be uninstalled and unlike Best Buy my plumber is punctual. So now I have to call my plumber back to change the valve under the sink so I can use my faucet without a dishwasher which is going to cost me an extra $225 and on top of that I am going to have to pay an extra $300 for him to come out on a Saturday l. I called the 1800 number and was told sir this is a call center we can not do anything so then I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Itās unbelievable if this was a small company they would not be able to stay in business with this kind of service. I never leave bad reviews because I know how they can impact the company but at this point I do t know what else I can possibly do? I will never buy any appliances or anything from here again if this is not resolved in a fair way and I will tell all of my friends family and customers the same. Looking forward to hearing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made multiple stops to Best Buy to handle a couple of issues. I went there to try and get my computer fixed, to buy an iPad, and to sell off some old phones. I'll split this review in three parts based off of these three visits.
I took my computer in to get fixed about a week ago. On the first visit, GeekSquad took me in 15 minutes after my appointment time and then informed me that they couldn't identify what was wrong with it. I visited the next day after trying to fix it, and then they informed me that the screen was broken and as a result, they wouldn't fix it over "liability issues." While they were nice, they were hardly informative and not helpful in the slightest.
I then came in the next day to buy an iPad as a replacement. The attendant in the Apple department was very helpful and attentive and the checkout process was smooth. However, they had quite a low stock on iPad Airs and accessories.
I then came in a few days after that to sell off some old phones that I was having a hard time getting rid of. I should've expected it, but the process was super long and the offers were criminally low. I only sold one phone and kept the other two due to the time and the extremely low offers.
Overall, while there were a couple of positive aspects, my varied experiences at this store have been mediocre at best. I'd find somewhere else to go if you want your computer fixed, or if you want a wide variety of available products to choose from. The customer service was good, but there are other underlying issues with the customer...
