I never really post reviews about places but I felt like I needed to say something about my experience. I went in to return an item that they had got wrong (not this stores fault but still come on) when I went up to the cash register to return the item I was immediately greeted with an attitude from the girl working the cash register. I brushed it off and asked the girl if she could order me the correct item because like I had said earlier they had sent me the wrong item. She then rudely and with an attitude said that it would not be possible because she cannot order items online. I’m not sure if this is true but I have never been to a store where they haven’t been able to place orders online. I asked her if it was still in stock and she then quickly and snidely told me it’s out of stock, handed me my receipt, and told me that she had refunded me for the order. The whole thing felt rushed and made me feel like she just wanted me out of the store. When I got in my car i checked the website and and the item was still in stock. I’m not sure if I just came in on a bad day but I will not be returning...

LIKES Find great clothing deals on designer brands Easy returns Can return online purchases very quickly. Credit cards have funds returned ASAP. Staff are super friendly This store is dog friendly The monthly "Clear The Rack" deals are AWESOME
DISLIKES Nothing. This store is the best. Especially if you can find the $0.99 items. The clothes (or their pics) online can be a bit deceiving. I bought 2 suits online, and both looked great (both were dark blue, and I was intending on returning at least 1). When they arrived at my house, 1 looked blue and red, which in certain light (ie. every light, expect the pics online) it looked orange/purple. Read morePurchased 2 pairs of shoes a few days ago I finally wore the 2nd pair which are Cole Haan zerogrand, which according to the hundreds of 5 star reviews are phoenominal! Well these had a wierd arch on the outside of the shoe towards the heal, and made it very uncomfortable to wear.
My wife went to take them back today 3/09/2018 to either exchange them or return and the manager was extremely rude to my wife! Borderline talking down to her which is in no way shape or form ok for someone who is in customer service.
Also come to find out these were already returned before! Which should tell you something!
The experience my wife had was less than stellar which in my book (as someone who's in customer service) is unacceptable! The manager needs a huge attitude adjustment or if he hates his job he needs to find another one he's happy with. My money will be spent else where from now on and I'm sure my friends will take there business...
