This place went from having the best pedicures to the worst overnight. Unfortunately they bought new chairs and they are not made for anyone taller than 5'1. I am about 5'4 my knees were up to my ears the chairs would not go back. It was very uncomfortable for me and for the technician. She kept apologizing the new chairs were supposed to be a lot nicer than what they were but unfortunately it makeS your pedicure very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that I had to stop in the middle I cannot continue my knees were hurting so bad.

A little bit insulted by the manager who sat on the chair, and said it fits her perfect. But she was also about 4 ft tall. She did mention they were not made for "big" people, not sure if that meant fat people or tall people. I never thought myself as super tall I don't think these chairs are made for anyone...

This nail shop DOES NOT know the meaning of I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! You can come in for you appointment and Noone will be available until an hour later.. what the heck is the point of having an appointment if THE SHOP CANNOT commit to the appointment.... not to mention everyone has their OWN price so you don't even know what a TYPICAL price would be for a fill, or a full set. Ha! Try and ask how much is it for thos or for that... theu stir away from the question like baby baby baby, WE ARE NOT YOUR BABY! be professional! I am a customer NOT your friend .... none the less YOU THE SHOP needs to stick to your appointment if your going to offer it.... IT IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL to let "walk ins" sit and get serviced before the person who actually HAS AND APPOINTMENT... please take this into consideration of...

I came in and asked for a basic pedicure I did go to Cosmetology school we all have to take the same tests to pass state board I called before hand to make sure they follow because I don’t like using the same nail files someone else’s used so I know the law and rules to get a license your supposed to have the nail brushes soaked in barbicide then use it on a customer that did not happen your also supposed to use a new nail file for each customer because some people carry Fungus that is contagious I told her that she just said ok ok ignored me and used a used nail file the lady rush talked and brushes me off just kept saying ummm hummm like just give me you money and be quiet the respect for me also going to cosmetology school was zero .
