Pepperwood Water & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Tempe

It took 1 time for my regular water store to be closed for me to completely leave them. I am VERY pregnant and already have a 1 yr old. So carrying a 3 gal container isn't easy for me. They always carry my water out for me without me asking. But always tell me to "ask if I want help" as well. Very Friendly and attentive to their customers. And at least have a point card system of some sort unlike the last place I was getting water at. My husband and I have been about 10+ times now and it is still as wonderful as my first visit. Came in here on Saturday 8/24 asked if they had alkaline water, the man stated they did so I got my three 5 gallon jugs, but after seeing how long it took to fill up one 5 gallon jug I told him I would only fill up one. I have been drinking alkaline water for about 8 years and the water I received was not alkaline water it tasted like tap water. He had a machine connected to the sink water and I am not sure if he forgot to turn on the alkaline machine or what happened, but it’s pretty upsetting when you pay for alkaline water and they just give you tap water.
