Reflection Brows ( Eyebrow Threading & Microblading ) — Local services in Tempe

This place is horrible! I had microblading done here 6 weeks ago and made a follow up appointment for November 1st at 4pm. I took off work early and showed up and they were closed for the Indian Festival! I called them and they said “we’re closed” w/o bothering to call me to reschedule or cancel. I said we have had this appointment scheduled for 6 weeks! They said “you should have checked google, it says on google that we are closed. You are welcome to go somewhere else.” I guess I am going somewhere else! My eyebrows are completely faded and look awful anyway! I only went here because it’s close to home/work. I recommend Bladed By Brit in Scottsdale. This place is a joke!

*I love how they left a comment and said I needed to pay a deposit to confirm my appointment. I was never asked to pay a deposit for my original appointment or my follow up appointment…that just happened to be scheduled the same day as the Indian Festival. I guess I am confused as to how/when this deposit is expected to have been paid if not collected when the follow up appointment was made in person? Was I expected to call and pay a deposit so you could reschedule with me? Is there a payment portal?...

I have been coming to Jess for the last 3 1/2 years. My eyebrows have not always been the easiest because I have a scar above my eyebrows. She is the only person to this day that has been able to make them look AMAZING and even with my scar. She does such an amazing job, every time! I don’t even go home and second look at them, i just trust her so much. She is the only person I will ever trust with my eyebrows and face ever again. She always does a PERFECT job. If you have ever had a bad eyebrow experience than you can empathize with how tough it is to grow them out. I’ve followed Jass from every location she has ever worked because she is simply the best! I was so thrilled when she was able to open her own studio.

Her threading is always on point and she knows how to allow your eyebrows to grow in properly if they’ve been over done at some point.

She is also a really lovely person so it makes supporting her business such a pleasure. They also offer other services!
