I hate to leave negative reviews at any place of business, but I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I’m really surprised they have such good reviews. I dropped my car off at Discount Tire and had a bit of a wait and decided to go get a fill. I quickly looked up the salon before walking over and saw they had great reviews. I needed a fill and decided to kill two birds with one stone. I went in and specifically asked for a hard gel fill, to which I was told they could fulfill. I sat down and had my nails filed down, then the girl doing my nails pulled out her acrylic materials. I informed her that I requested a gel fill, not acrylic. She asked if I had gel on my nails already, to which I told her yes, of course. She then let me know that they don’t do gel fills, only acrylic. I said to her that if I wanted acrylic on my nails, I’d have acrylic and not gel. I don’t like the acrylic on my nails, it’s heavy for me and it hurts my nails. I haven’t done acrylic on my nails for over 10 years. The owner then said they had “powder” gel. I was not happy about it, but he sold me a bill of goods that it was powder gel. I should have just walked away, because of course, it was acrylic and not “powder” gel. Unbelievable. I could tell from the moment she dipped the brush in and I could smell the acrylic. No only was I blatantly lied to and tricked, the fill was completely subpar. As if it wasn’t bad enough they lied to me, and I knew they did, I still decided to complete the manicure, and the fill wasn’t from the nail bed to the tip of my nail. It went up from the nail bed to about half of my nail, barely covering the outgrowth that had been filed away by the nail tech. As a matter of fact, the dip in the nail from my previous manicure and the fill is extremely noticeable. I told the nail tech I wasn’t happy about the results, but of course she just brushed it off and told me they looked good. I really didn’t have the energy to argue about it as I needed to hurry back to my car. Discount tire had already closed and I had been there for an hour and a half! I paid $60 for a fill, and I doubt it will last a week without breaking a nail from the brittle areas on my nail. Extremely dissatisfied ad I won’t ever come here again. I’ll make the trip out of my way to my regular salon that is actually going to put the product on my nails that I pay for. UPDATE: To add insult to injury, and more positive proof that acrylic was and not “powder” gel, I now have fungus on my middle finger because of the acrylic! Unbelievable. I would never return here, nor recommend anyone come here for your own health. If you see something, say something. If something isn’t to your liking, say something. Don’t settle just because someone is going to not only try to lie to your face, but also up charge for a service that wasn’t provided. Complete charlatans.

When l am having my nails done l expect my technician to work on me exclusively. Such wasn't the case today. Unfortunately, the owner decided to take care of me. I wanted a simple manicure, a little nail trimming and a basic nail polish. She had her hands on everything and on everyone while doing my nails. She left me a dozen times to do other things (sometimes she'd leave for 15mns, never less than 5mns). While doing my nails she constantly gave orders to the receptionist and had her eyes on all the other technicians. It was ridiculous and rather stressful. At one point she returned from her endless running around and wanted to start working on my right hand without finishing my left hand. I am sure she runs an outstanding business but she should not do both. I will not be back for fear of getting this low class treatment.

My friend recommended me to here after not being happy with my previous nail lady. I have been waiting to leave feedback so that I had time to really evaluate the quality of my nails and how long they would last and hold up. Today is day nine and not only am I happy with them, but I continue to get compliments on them! I like that they are not overly sick, and they are also even and texture. I really care about the attention to detail, and so I’m quite pleased with how my first experience was here. Aside from the quality, I really enjoyed the salon, the nail techs are nice and fun to talk to, and they also have TVs right in front of you where you can watch while you were getting your nails done. We’re off to a great start!

We were there with my niece for nail service, when my niece stood up from the nail tech to ask my sister , her mom, if the length of the nails she was getting was ok, the owner of the nail place , a male , who did not want to disclose his name , started to yell at my 13 year old niece to not stand up and walk away from the nail tech and if she has questions for others my sister to come to her instead , continued to yell after we asked him what the problem was he continued to yell at us and stated that they are performing a service and to not stand up. I told him to not yell at my niece she is 13! He said I am the owner and I am saying to not get up! Continued to yell without hesitation to my niece and my sister and myself in front of other customers and employees!! I told him if he is the other and that he should know how to speak to customers especially a 13 year old, there is a way to speak to human beings! He just kept insisting that he is the owner and he is saying what should be done in his shop. This is ethnically wrong in all aspects of how to treat another person, especially a young person. It was 6:15pm and maybe he was at the end of his shift but in no means is this right for anyone or an owner to act with his customers at all!!

Response to the owner:

Does your cameras have sound??? Then post it!!! The people deserve the truth! This is nothing more than a mare excuse to charm when the truth is the “owner” was a RUDE and...

My mom and I decided to stop in here and get our nails done for the first time. My mom needed a gel manicure and I asked for a regular manicure for myself. The technician I had was kind, but she didn't check to make sure each nail was coated evenly, so she ended up leaving bits of nail polish on the corners and parts of my nail were without nail polish. During the process another nail tech had to come over and tell her to turn on her light, which made me raise an eyebrow. Shouldn't you be doing that in the first place to make sure the polish is even? She then had me sit and place my nails under the UV light, but didn't tell me for how long which was frustrating, as I didn't know what time they'd be finished drying. What really made me upset was that my mom's technician was a total b**. No friendliness, no asking "How does this look?" Instead, she just grabbed her nails and rushed so much that she ended up cutting my mom's cuticle! And a word to the receptionist, you should probably talk to the nail techs when they're NOT working on a customer's nails... you're there to be a receptionist and greet people, not to talk to the manager about your social life. I will not be back due to this experience and would recommend that you take caution in coming here unless you want a...
