My recent experience here was not the best. I am glad that management tried to make it right. I ordered a pizza got home, and a side of it was missing. If you look on the picture, the right side of my pizza was missing, and someone pushed the little end piece against it. You may be thinking this is too stupid to make up. But I am not that good of a storyteller. I tried to call about it and some children answered the phone playing. I honestly wanted to speak to an adult. I posted a picture so that an adult would contact me. I called the next morning, asked for the owner . The kid who answered the phone told me that the owner does not come in. When I finally spoke to the owner it was not pleasant. I was accused of eating the half of the pizza that was missing. I did admit that I took the bottom two rows and put it on a plate. That still does not account for the right side missing. He stated that he checked his cameras and he did not see anything. If when I picked up the pizza I was told hey this, that, and the other happened but, this is what we are going to do to fix it then none of these posts would have seen the light of day. I was accused of eating the pizza on the way home by the owner. Sorry, this is not My 600 Pound Life. I'm not out to get free food. Honestly, I just wanted my money back. I tossed the previous pizza out. I didn't eat it. I cashed in my credit today. I asked to see my pizza before I left the store. I replied to the employee I had issues with my last one. He stated to me no one ate your pizza. I smiled said thank you have a nice day and I left. I told the owner I would take the previous picture down after I cashed in my credit. There is a major difference between the pizza that I received before and the one I received today. At least this time I received my entire pizza. I do not believe in the saying the customer is always right. In my case I was just in disbelief that I was sold a pizza like that, accused of eating it on the way home, and an employee saying to me no one ate your pizza. There's a lot that needs to change at this location. Maybe start with hiring some mature adults. Have...
Read moreI’ve given Rosati’s in Arizona more than enough chances, and I’m officially done. Every location I’ve tried has been disappointing, with only the Phoenix store being even halfway decent. The Chandler location and this one were a complete disaster.
I spent $60 here for my son’s birthday, and it was a waste of money. The food came out late, the sausage had a strange taste, and the pizza itself was bland, greasy, and slapped together without care. My son wouldn’t even eat it. Imagine paying that much for a birthday dinner and ending up embarrassed by the quality.
But honestly, the food isn’t the only problem. The culture inside these restaurants feels off. The staff look overworked and unhappy, and the whole atmosphere is uninviting. When the people making and serving the food clearly aren’t enjoying their jobs, it shows in the quality of the product and the service. That’s not okay — customers shouldn’t walk into a restaurant and feel the weight of that kind of environment.
The bigger issue is ownership. These restaurants are clearly being run without pride, consistency, or accountability. It feels like the Rosati’s name is being used as a shortcut while the actual quality and customer experience are ignored.
If the owners aren’t willing to invest in raising the bar, then maybe corporate needs to step in — because customers deserve better. At these prices, the food and service should be reliable and worth the money, not hit-or-miss at best and inedible at worst.
After giving Rosati’s in Arizona more than three tries, I won’t be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else — because nothing about these locations feels like a restaurant that values its customers. At this point, calling it “Chicago-style” pizza is an...
Read moreI’m a little disappointed right now. It’s not a big deal but my experience left me a little disheartened. I placed an order for pickup tonight for a small cheese pizza and a side salad with ranch with an extra ranch on the side for my pizza. I got home to discover that I was given some other dressing and then one thing of ranch. I wasn’t gonna go back and I wasn’t expecting them to do anything for me for it, but just wanted to share the feedback so that they could do better for the next person maybe.
I called back and just kind of jokingly said, “Normally I wouldn’t call about this, but I’m super passionate about ranch. (I love ranch) I placed an order and just picked it up. I ordered a small pizza and a side salad. I had asked for two ranches and I got a different dressing with ranch. I’m not saying this because I want you to give me anything and I won’t be coming back but just telling you so maybe you’ll be a little more careful for the next guy!”
He didn’t even respond and just hung up… My Dad and I have been coming to this Rosati’s for years (maybe about 10 years I’m thinking) and I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience until Dakota and some other employee closing tonight. 1/2/25 at 8:30pm~
Upside side is the pizza is pretty yummy and so is my salad. Just would have been better with more ranch that I paid...
