Raising Canes — Restaurant in Tempe

I have been in this location several times in the last few days, but today was something special. I placed an order for the box combo and received my order quickly. Food was delicious, the chicken tenders were fresh, but I even saw the staff members cleaning the ceiling, walls, windows and etc. They keep the store very clean, but when one of the employees started dusting near where I was sitting the general manager had asked the employee to not dust where I was eating. I respect that and appreciate what the general manager did. However, the best part was yet to come. Later on the general manager (Freddy) came up to me and asked how my food was. I told him how great the food was and the consistency I've received with each order placed the last four days in a row. He asked if I had any suggestions? I couldn't suggest anything worthwhile, but I did mention that crew might want to inform customers about the caniac club as I returned today asking to sign up since I am a frequent visitor and learned about it on the internet. He appreciated the suggestion, but then came out a few minutes later and handed me a coupon card for a free box combo because I probably had spent enough the last few days to almost earn a reward. Bottom line, this was excellent customer service on Freddy's part and his staff is also always very friendly. You have earned a customer for life. That's customer service and was a WOW...

As most the time we taking out the meals to enjoying it at home, always we have to be sure, as always always im tilling them nooo toast, no toast please nooo toast no bread, and they bring it with a toast!! My daughters had sessemi allergies, if they touch a single piece of sessemi their body start a reaction, and as the doctor informed me it could cause a heart attack!! So thats why we alway take it out and always we found they put toast,and how other thing is ok, theres one lady here in this branch shes so racist, it was 1145 PM and i ask her can i eat (out side) at the porch!! She said we are close at 12, the next guest was bounch of teenagers, aftrr they ordered the racist lady insist to let me hear that shes offering them they can eat inside or out side as they like!! I will go again and a agin just to meet this lady and get her name to complain to their manager, just at that time i wasn't have enough time, so i just took my order and eat out side in my vehicle hood , while looking for the other guest...

We were going to have a sit down dinner about an hour after going here (I was starving and needed something to hold me over and I wanted to try the famous Raising Canes), so I only ordered a kids meal and split it with my mom. The chicken tenders (what they are known for and the only thing they make… I think?) were PHENOMENAL!!! Seriously, so flipping GOOD!! I am a die hard Chick-Fil-A fan, but these chicken tenders blew them out of the water! I don’t know what it is… the coating? The seasoning? The chicken? 🤷🏼‍♀️ But I haven’t stopped thinking about them, and now when I go to Chick-Fil-A, it just isn’t the same, sadly. I live near Seattle, and no Raising Canes nearby. Luckily, my parents live near about 5 of them, so I know chicken tender heaven is in my future. Cannot wait to introduce them to my family in April.
