THE SEARS AT THIS LOCATION HAS TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!! DONT SHOP THERE!!
WE WENT TO THE TODDLER DEPARTMENT AND FOUND SEVERAL ITEMS WE WANTED TO PURCHASE. WE LOOKED AROUND FOR AN OPEN CASHIER AND SAW AN OPENED ONE AT THE TOOL DEPARTMENT BUT IT HAD A LONG LINE.
WE WENT TO THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT AND SAW FIVE SEARS ENPLOYEES AROUND A TABLE JUST SHOOTING THE BREEZE. WE ASKED FOR HELP AND THEU TOLD US THAT THEY WERE BUSY, TO GO ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE.
SINCE WE PARKED ON THE UPPER LEVEL, WE JUST LEFT THE ITEMS AND LEFT THE STORE!!! NOW WE KNOW WHY SEARS WILL NO...
