OG Smoke Shop — Local services in Temple City

This place used to be awesome I used to go there years ago when they had the old owner all these reviews from a year ago or newer are all fake So are most of the pictures for this place most of the pictures are from the old owner or how it used to look Only like 1 or 2 pictures are current they say that it's really good and the owner knows their stuff So Decided to go because I haven't been in years and I wanted to buy something new I used to remember that you should carry all of these named brands And then they would have the same exact thing cheaper version next to it And the shelf would be full from front to back This time when I went they were very low on stock every shelf looked empty They were very low on stock On everything I wanted to get a new downstem and ash catcher They were very low and when I used to go they used to have every kind available and when I ask the guy to get one almost all of them had cracks in them except 1 And you can see most of their bongs on their shelf were broken all the perks you can see All the bongs with perks were broken They had a lot of these crazy bongs that were over a $1000 which were basically unusable and just art pieces But you know none of them were broken because they were in special glass cases by themselves but everything else you can tell they don't care about It was a waste of my time most of these reviews are fake And one of the worst shops I've ever been to who keeps broken stuff on display for sale If I could I would give this place a negative star review I used to recommend this place all the time to everyone I will never go here again and never...

Stoked on this shop! I have been here a few times and always had an awesome customer service experience. In this particular experience… it was suggested that I come here to find a 10mm flower bowl. I had no luck finding this size bowl at handful of shops. It had been a while and I was working in the area… I called this day and they were out but, I was told they were just ordering more, call back in about 4 days. I got a call back within a few mins after hanging up and, I was told they did actually had one on hand that came from a broken piece recently. I was stoked on the fact that the gentleman at the shop made a call back to let me know he could help same day! Now, that’s an awesome way to handle business! #Stoked it favored everyone… I was replicating a pice for my friend I broke and she was coming back into town. Came into the shop today with hopes of buying a rig for the first time and this young Asian guy didn’t even say hi when myself and a friend walked into the shop. I had some questions about buying a new rig and apparently what ever was going on his phone was more important then the customers. Especially sense we where the only 3 people in the whole store. I will never be coming back to this place again, I even unfollowed there IG profile. Thought this be a better establishment especially for a first time buyer, but I guess been on the phone is...
