Kate and the gentleman that work here always do an amazing job! They are quiet but very kind and fast! I always come back excited and happy to get the relaxing service. My favorite is the most expensive Delux service but it does not even cost much for the amazing, excellent quality services and works they do, the satisfaction, the relaxation and the good vibes. (I choose the one including the minty cucumber clay and hot wax). It is so refreshing. It comes with a sugar scrub-lotion wash and with fresh hot towels. Even though they are fast they do an amazing job and it lasts for more than 2 weeks for my gel nails. My nails were super brittle and weak, but after I started coming here they got so much stronger and break or chip way less often! I have not been able to grow my nails for as long as I can remember, they are miracle workers! My nails are finally long! They go above and beyond offer things for comfort. For example I was going to start the pedicure chair's remote for massage but she beat me to it. Then when I wanted to check my phone messages he offered to help click my phone for me! I am so grateful to the attention to detail not only in the nails but also in great customer service and their kindness. They have a stamp card which I almost completed. I also get my Brazilian wax here. I leave here always feeling smooth and beautiful! They have other waxing and threading services listed on the menu, however I haven't asked about much more. Currently not doing facials for the safely of the clients and the workers here because of the pandemic. They do acrilic, gel, regular, and other nail styles as well. I almost always do walk ins but they do take appointments! I recommend this to both men and women. I always see men here as well for their legs and hands to get massaged and nails or calluses to get cleaned up. (No polish is required for them unless they request it). Unprofessional, is an understatement. I walked in asking for a manicure and pedicure, waited a good 20 minutes. I was surprised by the price, very cheap compared to others nail salons. The pedicure was okay. My manicure was awful, the first girl that did my manicure did not file them evenly even after I asked her to make them even, was shaking while polishing my nails. I told her that they looked clumpy, and she said that the top coat would cover it, mind you while she was polishing my nails her hands were shakey, she polished then unevenly also. And to top it off the polish had a foul odor. I walked out took a look at them in the sun. They looked messy and clumpy. Another nail tech named Amy my was kind and offered to assist me,she was very patient, and friendly. She filed my nails evenly, she stated that my nails were clumpy because the first tech did not buff properly. (I had gel polish prior to this manicure) I got them done Saturday 4/13 afternoon, by Sunday 4/14 before my daughters dedication the polish either cracked or chipped on all my nails. I called this morning 4/15 to speak to someone about the polish cracking or chipping maybe it was the polish I chose. When I asked for a manager or supervisor the lady hung up. The workers here are very unprofessional and rude. I went there for several years, but my last visit was the straw that broke the camels back. when my pedicure was over the girl just walked away, she didn't remove the tissue from between my toes and when I asked if she was done, the lady in charge said "you have been coming here for a long time, you should know what to do", and both of them started laughing. They are not friendly at all and are not as good as other nail salons in the area. I wish I knew who the owner was so I could complain...
