In my constant search for #selfcare I recently discovered another treatment that a lot of Westerners might not do regularly but has been popular in #easternmedicine for centuries.

I recently went to hair and scalp spa as a little birthday treat for myself and it was amazing! I’ve always wanted to try out one of these places and decided to go here as it was conveniently located and reasonably priced. I went with the 60min scalp treatment that was $78.

Upon walking in I did a scalp analysis which to my surprise and relief, I have a healthy scalp! Then I was taken to a changing room where I was given a top to change into. I was then led into a room where they would treat my hair and the entire thing was sooo relaxing. Not only did they brush, scrub and treat your hair in traditional herbal medicines, but they also give you a head, neck, and shoulder massage. It was incredible.

At the end of the treatment, they blow dry your hair and show your scalp again where you can see the difference from when you walked in to after. They put on an amazing hair toner that is antibacterial and leaves your head so cool and tingly and then topped everything off with a hair oil. I can definitely say that my hair after treatment has never been this soft, smooth, and shiny. It feels so clean and even stronger.
