QUICKLY Cafe - Temple City — Restaurant in Temple City

Terrible food, service, everything. Me and my girlfriend ordered here because we thought it'd be like tapioca express. Super wrong, I ordered the asada fries cause I haven't had anything like that in while and my girlfriend ordered a chicken combo w/ passion fruit slush. The chicken combo was super bland and dry, and didnt remotely taste anything of east asian cuisine. The asada fries we thought were better, but after awhile we got upset stomachs. The passion fruit slush had chunks of ice and after drinking it awhile was just watered down chunks of ice with no flavor. We didnt even finish our food or drink due to how bad they were. Super slow service as well.

Never ever coming here again.

Side note - while we were waiting for our food, a homeless man came in with no mask. He then puts on his mask already standing in the restaurant, and walks around. He then receives a boba milk tea without prior interaction with the cashier and leaves. It's great if you want to help the homeless in these times, but putting your other customers at risk during a pandemic should not be a priority over customers already in the store waiting for their order.

If you're looking at this page and reading this review, go to Tapioca Express instead. The food and drinks are 1000% better then this place.

While in the area, we decided to stop by this Quickly location. The exterior had a more modern look compared to other Quickly spots we’ve visited, and the inside was clean and well-maintained. We ordered tea beverages along with popcorn chicken topped with lots of spicy powder. They were generous enough to include extra chili powder on the side, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, they were running low on boba when we arrived, so our drinks had to split what was left. To top it off, we were approached and told the shop would be closing in 10 minutes, which made us feel a bit rushed and like we were being kicked out. Strangely, as we were leaving, a large group walked in and wasn’t given the same heads-up. That part left a...

Horrible horrible service. This guy name "rain" i beleive is so bad. Idk why he is so angry all the time like chill. When he called my number and I went to pick up my drink he gave it to me so aggressively and the straw. Horrible servie and guy and someone needs to train him.and he be staring at me with a side eye. Idk who he thinks he is. If he wants to run the ones lets runnnn it. As Gelo once said, "I might swerve, bend that corner, woah" ima swerveee him if i have to..
