This review is regarding our experience returning a product that did not work for us. We purchased a ladder that we thought would fit in our storage space. Before purchasing we asked about the return policy because if it didn’t fit in our storage space we’d have to return it. The young guy that assisted us said that would be fine as long as it wasn’t used, in the same packaging and within 30 days. When we got home the ladder did not fit our storage. The next day was a holiday so we went to return the ladder the day after and was questioned like we were on trial by a woman, possibly manager, in the store. It was clear she did not want to allow us to return it, despite the return policy. Thankfully, the guy (who helped us when we made the purchase) was there and came up to assist. To our surprise, she still persisted with her questions. My husband, a very patient guy, advised that nothing was wrong with the ladder, no tape or packaging was removed and wondered what the problem was, especially since the guy remembered him. We were FINALLY able to return the ladder but the experience was awful and definitely not customer friendly. Ace Hardware (est 2024/11) is a brand new hardware retail store located in a large plaza in Temple City. Its store is very spacious, organized and very clean. Similarly, it’s well lit and smells like a brand new car. lol.

They sell a wide range of products, such as building materials, fasteners, hand tools, power tools, keys, locks, hinges, chains, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, cleaning products, housewares, bulbs, grilling tools, utensils, paint, and lawn and garden products.
