City Nails — Local services in Temple Terrace

When I walked in no one greeted me and I sat down and was ignored for a good 15 minutes. Once I was finally taken back the lady had a very sharp tone with me the entire time. To look around the place is dirty looking and rundown people need to clean the place this is a nail salon not a third world country . The lady accidentally pinched my the skin around my cuticle and made it bleed a little and after that come to find out I was charged an extra 15 dollars because of the time it took her to do it she said it took her to long....... it literally took 25 minutes. Never go to this place you could catch diphtheria plus your gonna...

I walked in at 5:30pm. I askedhow much a regular manicure and pedicure is. I was told $40. I said okay just a pedicure. I was asked if I wanted gel 6x. I said " SO I'M GETTING A REGULAR PEDICURE. " assertively.

No one is soaking my feet or anything.

Now it's 6:10pm I ask if I can soak or should I leave? They soak my feet. My nail tech doesn't speak English at all, but knows the word gel, and asked me TWELVE more times about gel. This is rude. I am never coming back and she charged me $25 instead of $20...

Such a nasty place. Place was dirty, i should of known when i walked in there was a woman screaming about her nails. I sat down and got my nails done. The guy did a crappy job and put me under a fan and left. When i told the person in the front that my nails were not done correctly, she told me she would have someone fix it if i came back another day. I came back on my next day off and the same manager told me i need to pay to get them fixed. So BEWARE. DO not come here even if you save a buck...
