Pizza Famiglia — Restaurant in Florida

Where do I start... I ordered delivery online and called to confirm, they confirmed my order and I waited for the delivery...... and waited and waited. I called 3 times with no answer. Finally the fourth time I called they answered and immediately said that the delivery driver was at my door. I had to walk clear across my apartment complex because I asked the driver to deliver to the pool... but I guess he didn't want to walk. I ordered a chicken parm sub, a cannoli, and tiramisu. They placed everything in the same bag, so the deserts were hot and melted when they got to me. I began to eat my sub, and about 3 bites in I bit straight into a chicken bone.. at this point I was completely fed up. I called to speak to the manager- I just wanted my money back. When the manager got on the phone he began yelling at me, and he called me a liar. He then told me not to take another bite, and that he was going to come to my apartment so he could see the bone himself. When he got there I showed him the bone and his response was "No, that is not a bone." It was clearly a one inch piece of bone. He started loudly arguing with my roommate outside. He demanded to have all of the food back, and he gave be most of my money back. I paid about $20 and he gave me $17. I will NEVER...

Worth the wait! The delivery time is a little longer than expected, but the food quality is amazing. I couldn't help but notice, specifically, that the cheese on the pizza and the breadsticks was a very good quality and extremely flavorful unlike the plastic-y tasting stuff on the chain-store pizzas. There were tons of toppings on the pizza and the crust was perfect, not too thick, not too thin, yet crispy. The gyro was spectacular! They toasted the pita slightly giving it a nutty flavor and that slight crispy-ness was delightful. That’s not something you usually get. The onions also weren’t overpowering as often happens with gyros. It was a perfect balance. I usually order extra sauce, but this time I didn’t need to. The tossed side salad had a lot of toppings, it wasn't the typical "honeymoon salad" - you know the kind, lettuce alone- no dressing? This side salad had cukes, onions, tomatoes, green peppers and an excellent greek dressing with feta and black olives. Best tasting sauce too. I'm Italian and I approve! LOL, The Tiramisu needed just a touch more coffee to be a little more moist, but was fresh, cool and creamy. The only complaint I have is that they forgot to include ketchup...

I'm 8 months pregnant I use to love the pizza here, but not anymore I'm treated bad from who I'm assuming is one of the owners she looks at me like I mean nothing. After today I will not be going back I was having a issue with my card & was told she wouldnt take my order next time (she doesnt have to worry there won't be one) because I was unable to pay . A nice man who was there offered to pay so that my step daughter & I could eat . Then she had the audacity to ask if we knew each other like that is supposed to mean something as if she wouldn't take the payment if I said no I told her that's irrelevant. She went in the back came back & took his money another person gave me the pizza & I left . We ate the pizza & I have a feeling like she spit or did something to it because I have the worst after taste in my mouth still after eating the pizza . Not only that they are extremely over priced from now on I'll be going across the street to little Cesars which is open everyday & has the best deals. One time prior to this I ordered a burger it was a waste of my money the Patty was dry & they barely even give you a hand full of fries. Save your money & go...
