I canβt believe I havenβt written a review for my favorite place!! If I could give 20 star I absolutely would. Kaleisia is a lovely place with delicious foods, drinks, desserts, and an awesome selection of loose leaf teas and cute tea cups to purchase. Iβve been going to Kaleisia for a couple of years now. They are always very kind, very sweet, professional, and have a homey feelπ Regardless of any mix ups with food or if there had been a mistake with an order, they have always fixed it. Even if I was the one to make a mistake like forgetting to ask for almond milk to replace milk, Iβve told them that I am willing to pay for another but instead have fixed it for free for me. They are just too sweet. The decorations of the place is also so lovely. Theyβve been very amazing even through the pandemic. They have created social distancing areas and I believe a month ago or long, opened up their outside patio area. Even over there the social distancing has been great
I absolutely love Kaleisia and all the people who work there. They are all so sweet and this place has always been my favorite. For me, nothing can compete with Kaleisia. If I ever have to move I will be so sad
Thank you to the owners and the employees of Kaleisia for everything. I love you guys!!!π ππππππππππππππππππππ
Β Β Β Read moreGreat tea selection, highly customizable options. You pay per add-on, but the base prices are fair, if not inexpensive. Monthly teas are cheap; a nice bargain. I ordered the Matcha Green Milk Tea, large, which came in a nice glass jar. The flavor was potent that I could taste matcha swirling in my mouth. A few granules caught on to my straw... yum. To those who care, the ice was very clean. Boba was fresh. The environment is optimized for younger crowds, you know.. cool, with wordings along the wall you would see on popular Instagram posts. 3 different seating areas available: inside seating, outside (a small enclosed area sort of like a simple garden) setting, and a no-shoes ground-level seating tea room. Music was set to background level, so public chatter was not too loud. In fact, a few study groups were present during my stay. You are given a number after ordering, whereafter they bring the tea (or food) to your table. The only negative I experienced was that the straw I got had a bit of plastic on the end which I had to peel off before drinking. Overall the experience was...
Β Β Β Read moreThis is pretty much one of my favorite places. They are a little expensive for what you get, but the quality of the teas and food items is extremely high. Most of the people that work here are really nice, though I have had a couple of sour lemons throughout the week.
I recommend trying their mango-flavored teas.
My only criticism is that they shouldn't try to get a tip off of every transaction. There isn't service here, it's a model where you order at a counter and they bring the food out to you. You must clean up after yourself. You'll give the cashier the card and they'll flip the square reader over for you to leave the % tip. If you're going to charge so much for tea and not have waiters, tipping should be because you felt the purchase was high quality or just completely unnecessary. It's especially annoying when I buy items to take home, like loose teas, and the cashier expects a tip. Do people tip their Publix cashiers because they've done their job and cashed you out? Of course not. They ought to turn off this feature, as many patrons I know here use cash to avoid this...
