Nail Crazy — Local services in Temple Terrace

Update November 24, 2023- sad that I'm writing this but visited for the first time in a long while only to find my fave nail tech no longer works here.. Tim!! You'll be missed!! Luckily found out from a friend that he moved to TAMPA BEAUTY SCHOOL 33613, went there to see him to get my nails done. Soo glad to have seen him again!! And as always beautiful set of nails. Thank you Tim!!

Ok first of all I'd like to say I don't write reviews at all really because I haven't found a place worth writing about until this. I was referred to this place by my coworkers and I was a bit skeptical at first but after visiting this place multiple times I've got to say this place has the most hardworking people I've ever met. Not just that they've definitely got the skills to back it up! So anyways I've been here three times and today will have been my fourth visit. (Finally decided for a review lol) This place really doesn't disappoint! Every single time I've visited I'm always greeted with a smile and prompt service. The people here are friendly and their service is 100% top of the line. Not just the service but I like going to places where it's airy, not too stuffy (I'm picky like that).. and this place is great for that. I actually got the volcano spa pedicure and gel full set today and it was amazing, as always! Loved the treatment and nails were on point. I went with a friend and they got their eyebrows threaded too.. anyways she has nothing but praise for this place her eyebrows looked amazing afterwards. Seriously, it doesn't get any better than Nail Crazy! The only regret I have is not finding this...

RIP OFFS! Never Again! 1st and Last Time! I got off work and came to this establishment. Spoke to Juan. He seem such A gentleman. It was last minute so I didn't know what I wanted.. I decided white nails and design. They asked me did I want gel in the beginning I said NO because I do my own nails and I change up alot. I also got my toe nails polished only..no pedicure. I got there after 5. Left almost 8. I was patient when they would go work on other people and come back to me. I didn't say nothing. Long story short. They finally get done..I asked how much..They went from speaking English to their language. That's when I knew something was going to be off. He got out A pen and said $90! I said what! He Said gel.. I said you did that on your own I didn't ask for that. I said no gel. You did it anyway. He was about to take it off. After I sat for hours. I said you know what.Here. paid him and left. NEVER AGAIN! Overpricing for simple nails is ridiculous. That will stop what could be good clients from ever coming to your establishment.. I was disappointed and will NEVER return. The max I would've expected was $50 but $90 is a rip off. I didnt receive A pedicure. ONLY POLISH! He ask me after he over charged me and I'm at the door. Ive been sitting 3 hours for this simple white with one design. I would never refer anyone here. You can't expect to keep quality customers when you're clearly overcharging. It's not right. Won't go back! Won't go back! Doesn't matter what happened customer not satisfied! And the owner before you write back your opinion stop!!! I read all your responses to your valued customers and everyone of them you criticize the customers as if they are wrong then to make amends. Instead you tell the customers that they are the ones that are wrong, I been dealing with the community of real live people for 17 years and trust me my job is harder than yours! But we have a saying in America and that is the customers are always right!! You need to learn it but guess it doesn't matter when you have customers that are desperate to get there nails fixed to feel pampered. And just think I read all the reviews before I came and because you had an exceptional amount of good reviews decided to give it a chance. Wrong!!!! Every single complaint was right. I had to put my on top coat on at home! I don't know how you got all these reviews but people stop!!!! Warning if you are a first timer trust your instinct the moment you feel it's not right your better off I promise!! As well as the owner I could careless what you have to say I spent my last dollars with you! Just worry about the other people reading this because if they had a right mind they would listen even...
