I WENT INTO THE STORE TO EXCHANGE SHOES I PURCHAED A FEW DAYS AGO FOR SOME JEANS WENT I WALKED TOWARDS THE CASHIER NOT ONLY DID SHE NOT GREET ME AS A PAYING LOYAL CUSTOMER LET ALONE STANDING THERE WITH A HORRIBLE NEGATIVE ATTITUDE STATING SHE WAS NOT LIKING THE FACT THAT SHE HAD TO CASH CUSTOMER'S AND WAS STATING SHE NEEDED TO GO BACK TO DOING MARK DOWNS BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE PATIENCE FOR PEOPLE TODAY.... AFTER HANDING HER MY SHOES ( THE RETURN) THAT SHE PROCEEDED WITH.... ( CASHIER SPEAKING OF MS. TRINA) CLEARLY STATED TO HERSELF "NOW SHE KNOW DAMN WELL SHE WORN THESE SHOES" BUT STILL PROCEEDED WITH THE TRANSACTION AND NOT ADDRESSING ME LET ALONE THE SHOES WERE NEVER WORN OUT OF MY HOME AND NOT OUT OF DD'S WHEN I INITIALLY TRIED THEM ON .... AS I WALK TOWARDS THE EXIT I HEAR TRINA TELLING THE CASHIER TO THE LEFT OF HER WHAT JUST TOOK PLACE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD OTHER CUSTOMER'S WAITING IN LINE AND CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF THEM OVER HEARING THERE CONVERSATION AND SEEING THERE ATTITUDES AS UNPROFFESIONAL RUDE AND NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ANYONE WHO SHOPS HERE I WILL SPEAK TO THE OWNER OF THIS STORE IF I HAVE TO ABOUT THIS AND THIS WILL NOT GO UNOTICED IT WILL BE BROUGHT TO CORPORATES ATTENTION THE STORE MANAGERS ATTENTION! I dropped my wife at Ross dress for less, half a block away and I went to this DD's to buy a hat $13.00, comfortable sneakers for $20.00 and a Polo shirt for $8 or $9. While at this store, browsing, I noticed that every time a line was forming the manager would call for employees to man some cash registers. When it was time for me to get in line, everyone in the store decided to do the same and a long line formed. The manager then called every single employee at the store and had all of them take every single cash register available at the store. Got out of the store in no time but before I left, I complimented the manager, Afro-american gentleman named Anthony, about the great job he was doing. Hopefully he'll be on duty next time I...

Think of this store as an old 2000s version of Ross or Bealls... The prices are cheap but so is the quality. They have an okay selection of products too. The cashier unfortunately double charged for something we did not even buy... Luckily I caught it as I was walking out so I was able to go in and get that fixed. Although she tried to only give back just the amount of 1 but I caught that right away too. It was very calculated how she did it...She kept saying "OMG" like it was my fault she charged me 2x for something I didn't even get. Make sure to watch the cashier's and check your receipt so you don't get ripped off... It might actually be a scam the cashier has going on you...
