I bought a psp from them. It claimed that it would come with a psp, charging cord, a god of war game and 20gb of memory. When It came there was no memory card. I emailed them, assuming it was a simple mistake asking for them to send a 20gb chip. They told me to mail it back to them to get a full refund. I told them all I needed was the chip and that was all that was missing, no refund needed. I even rechecked if the chip was just in the photo and not part of the description, but I paid for a 20gb memory card so I asked them to just mail it to me. They were so petty about their own mistake they sent me a 1gb chip of memory. So I’m pretty sure this was never a mistake and they are definitely scamming people or should hire someone else to manage there emails because that guy or girl was rude from the first email they sent, unfortunately...

Purchased a dirty, dented, and scuffed up PS5 from these guys. The HDMI input was bent. The plates were scuffed and had a large dig in dent in the back of the top plate. Took off the plates and it was dusty. Still had dirty and greasy fingerprints on the glossy party. Glad I used 97% rubbing alcohol to get all the greasiness and dirt off it. Going to be on the look out for someone to fix the HDMI...

I bought a PS3 from them for Christmas, not only did it showed up 3 weeks after I ordered it the box was not closed properly as well as the device did not even work. I did all of the latest updates on all games and software, and it sits on nothing but a blank black screen. I will never buy from this company again as they are nothing...
