Terps Toys and Comics — Local services in Temple

I’ve visited plenty of comic book shops, even some that are twice the size of this one, but none of them come close to the value here. I stopped by while passing through Temple, thinking I’d just take a quick look, and I was honestly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was. Some of the deals felt like steals.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Between the bundles, the discounted comics, and the little Easter eggs tucked around the shop, it felt like more than just a store. It was an experience.

Great place if you love comics. The owner is super helpful and knowledgeable. You will not find a better price from any shop around, even online prices. Unfortunately I'm not local to the Temple area but I consider Terps my local comic shop and look forward to stopping by every couple of months when I'm in the area. Omg I love this store so much!! Even if you don't collect comics, toys, or manga, this is worth the visit for a fun day flipping through comics. There is a large selection of #1 backissue comics that he has on sale for 3 for $5 and 2 packs of backIssues on sale. Along with some fist appearance comics on sale. Love coming here for my pulls and just digging through the back issues. Very knowledgeable and friendly owner and staff. If you're driving through Def, check it out!
