I literally got robbed , and he did it right in front of me, refused to run back cameras for me or the police, it's really sad when you have to take from a person when your a successful business owner. Js .if he accused me of stealing , I bet it would have been all bad for me, smh. Now I'm in worse position then I was when I went there, if your a jewelry guy , and that's what you do, ? Then why did you have to take my diamonds out of sight to test them. ? And how it only takes 2 seconds for you to switch them , oh yea, you knew I was coming there, aren't you supposed to leave them on the counter , ? Why not test them in front of me? Anyways , great store, nice stuff, but because I'm me , and he's who he is , he gets to rob me?? I could take him to court. But if it was me accused by him. I'd be in jail. . I bet the cameras would work then , huh? Wouldn't even show the cops, guilty if you ask me. , the lady there was very nice tho. Nothing bad to say about her, bout to post the video of the whole thing . I bet he won't , why ? Weird. It's gonna be a mission to get a attorney and go to court . But really . When you have something for years and look at it everyday, then somebody tries to switch it and tell you they didn't, I'd advise ppl to check there jewelry if they ship or go there. , he is a bad liar and wrong for what he did. Very rude and has very poor customer service. Would give him 0 stars if I could. I tried to get my chain clasp fixed and he quoted me a price based on the weight. I asked if he’d use the gold I brought to repair it and he said no, he will put it with his scrap gold. I told him no I’d like to keep it because it’s my gold and he cut the clasp off and charged me more money. He tried to scam me, simply put, but because I am very familiar with jewelry shops I knew he was just trying to steal my gold. He then proceeded to say “where are you from originally? Because clearly you don’t understand math” and threw my chain at me and said go somewhere else to do business. I’m appreciative of his daughter and how she was able to apologize to me and firmly speak to him on his unnecessary behavior towards me....

Closed on a day when posted they were open. Went there for advertisements specializing in antique jewlery. The woman working the store was not knowledgeable or informed and said they dont specialize in antique jewlery, When it was even posted in the store window... Won't go back unless...
