We went with family to play pool and bowl last Sunday night. The guy working the counter was not very friendly or helpful. You would ask a question and he would give you the shortest response he possibly could, usually mumbling, but I thought maybe he was just having a bad day. I didn’t think too much more about it until after I paid for 10 songs to play on the touch tunes jukebox and someone kept overriding my songs with the longest songs possible (20+ min long songs like Echoes by Pink Floyd). This started after the second song I ordered was played. At first, I thought someone paid extra to skip over my songs but since I am familiar with how touch tunes works, someone can’t constantly override someone’s songs like what happened here unless it’s being controlled by the business. This went on for 3 HOURS! Another group also tried to play music and theirs never played. Our other songs didn’t start getting played until after 10pm and then he shut the music off while he was finishing up to get ready to close. If you don’t want your customers to play music they like, then don’t offer touch tunes or tell your employees they can’t bypass the PAYING customer’s songs. This was...
