Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I ordered pizza online from Papa Johns on July 25th and somehow my order went to the store on S US 41. I have NEVER ordered pizza from there. So when I went to the Wabash location and it wasn't there I was not happy. With the construction going on on US 41 right now it was a nightmare getting there. So when I got to the store on S US 41 I was already not very happy. I walk in, there is someone in front of me placing an order with a woman employee and a man on the phone taking another order. So I'm waiting. The woman somehow lost the entire order she just took from the woman in front of me so she had to start over and do it again. While this is taking place the man gets off the phone and goes and immediately starts to make pizzas. WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!!! I told them right there, cancel my order I don't want it. And then I asked for the phone number to whoever owns the place. I got it went to the parking lot and called. I would have let this go, but.... wait for it... ready? They NEVER called me back! After I was told I would hear back in a day or 2... never did... now I'm going to the board of health with this tomorrow and am letting everyone know. I've been a customer forever at the store on Wabash. Never have I had a problem before. But to not even bother to call me back tells me one thing. THEY DO NOT CARE. Giving one star because of their workers (wish I could give less). At one point while picking up my order the manager yelled at their employee at the register for a mistake that could have been most likely easily fixed. Customers could see the manager being verbally hurtful towards his worker while the worker appeared to be embarrassed. On a separate occasion while driving, I was approaching a green light and one of their drivers ran his red light and almost collided with me which forced me to slam on my brakes and swerve into the other lane. Not only was it me in the car, but I also had my wife and child in the car. While looking at the time, I realized that the driver may have wanted to end his shift since it was late and was stuck delivering someones pizza. This just shows that their attitude about being in their line of work is not for them and they are unhappy, regardless of who may see it (manager yelling at employee) and public safety (driver running red light without stopping and almost colliding with me). I ordered delivery last night with two boxes of breadsticks and 6 six sauces. We got the two Marinara sauces that came with it But not the four cheese and two more marinara sauces. Two boxes of breadsticks without sauce called back get management on the phone nicely told him we didn't get our sauces he said, you look in your boxes. 🤦🏼‍♀️well, duh, if I didn't look why would be calling, of course, didn't say that to him. said yes sir I did, he said would you like them or would you like a credit, I said bring the sauces paid for back please bc I would like to eat them with my stick driver never showed up.
