This event we planned could not have went better ! The staff was nothing but helpful and kind. Our whole family interacted with them and had nothing but good things to say about them! Sean was nice and she was more than helpful she was attentive. She did not make our questions or ideas seem like a burden to her. We will be booking many more birthdays here! Our party was a private party and it as worth it. I have two family members booking their birthdays this month and next there now. Due to the personable staff that met and took care of us! Both of the other staff members that were there was so kind and watched our party from afar to ensure our drink pitchers were offered refills if that is what we chose to do and purchase beyond what were had already purchased. It was so nice to have someone there checking in! plus they were kind and fun to chat with !

I have never been disrespected so much by any staff in my life. I was astonished that the women would even think that it was okay to talk to any customer like that. As a kid I would always play in the grass with my friends so I came back 5 years later to with the friends I’m still friends with and go skating like old times and as I walk in the women shouted why’d you go over there to my friend and my friend was confused and she kept interrogating my friend and I and cussing and shouting and I refused to be talked to that way so I will not go to any establishment that has hospitality as awful as that we caught her name and it was Jen’Nae so be cautious if you bring your family to what seems to be a friendly environment look out for her. I’m not trying to talk bad about the establishment but if I would have had children with me and they would have seen or been treated...

The lighting is nice and exciting. The times are very clearly posted and the rink is very tidy. Enjoy that there is a food stall and arcade.

But while trying to enjoy my time at Skate World, I have to say it was alright. Not perfect, but it was fun. Until however, nearly 3 different tweens tried and 1 succeeded in knocking me down.

This tween happened to have a phone in hand and not probably paying attention.

I hope that with a place that has very obvious signs of no gum and no outdoor food, that at least in the future. That the cellphones can at least be not distracting skaters and causing injuries to others.
