Recently I needed to make a purchase from Denver Mattress (D.M.). I knew D.M. had exactly what I needed and I had to have it "yesterday" as we often do. Unlike most of my trips to Denver Matress, this was going to be a modest purchase as I usually invest in full rooms of furniture, but today I just needed some easily stored, collapsible twin bed frames and mattersses for company arriving from out of town. Of course D.M. had exactly what I was looking for (as they always do)! These bed frames are sturdy and with the click of a couple of latches, will fold in half and fit in a small closet along with the 2 twin mattresses. However, the best part of my visit was meeting a wonderful associate, his name is Matt (Look him up on your next or first trip to D.M.) you won't be disappointed! As I mentioned earlier, my purchase was modest, Matt treated me as though I were D.M.'s best customer! He made certain that what I needed was in stock, rang up my purchase, AND personally loaded my SUV with my purchases! Its not always easy to find true customer service, but today I enjoyed the knowledgeable, friendly, and professional care I needed from Matt. Matt has mastered the lost art of making the customer feel appreciated. I believe Matt has an inherent ability to meet his customer's needs, and by nature, is respectful, good natured, and willing to go to the next level to make your visit/purchase a good experience.
