GameStop — Local services in Terre Haute

So sick of this non sense. The only good location is closed now so I'm forced to shop at this one. Item is listed for sale online not as preorder, store says in stock based off website and app which the phone number says to check for these things instead of calling. Go in after driving 30 mins to be told it's street dated for 5/23. Fine, things happen and I understand that the company is at fault not the local store. Skip to the 23rd and I show up to purchase one right around open. I'm told that they are all on preorder, all of them. Sitting displayed not away behind the counter, while an employee is buying 2 behind the counter. Website says they have them available but guess that's for everyone but customers. I will NOT preorder items from this location. There is zero regard to collector condition and I'm not half as picky as most. I turned down an item for condition once and was basically laughed at by an employee. I work retail so I understand some of this but come on, I'm wasting time, gas, and effort for nothing and to be laughed at. If it wasn't for exclusives I wouldn't have bothered after the better store closed. Guess I'll have to order online and hope my boxes don't get crushed in...

A cashier helped me order a ms pacman game but then I received an email telling me the order was canceled. When I called I was told I would have to go back to the store to get a refund. After going back to the mall store she told me I would have to drive across town to speak with the manager. The manager who had waited on me before was really rude and said she wasn't going to deal with it. I let her know I was not leaving in till I got the issue resolved. Two stores and four hours later I finally got a refund but I had to take it on a gift card. I ordered a different game online. I will never deal with gamestop again. Just horrible...

Walked in at this place on the east side on 46 state road. Was going to buy a game system and games.. Ask questions about the things we was going to buy.. Got very little answers the sales people acted like we was a bother to them, acted like we are here to collect a pay check so don't bother us. Go some where else.. That's how we got treated. I thought it was just us that was getting treated like this, other customers was getting treated like we was. We all walked out and didn't get anything same way as other customers did the same as we did.....
