I have read and reviewed several reviews of this apartment complex prior to considering posting my own review. There are several reviews listed here that I deem to be inappropriate or falsely advertised (someone possibly assisting/helping a friend by posting 5-star reviews). There is nothing 3-5 star about the complex what so ever! Please do yourself a favor and search else where-- the price in rent you're going to pay for the unprofessionalism, corruption, and fraudulent activity is not worth the misery and headache.
List of issues at the complex that have been noted, documented and forwarded that I would like to share with possible future tenants: Maintenance will enter the apartment without notice (there will be no service note nor reason the apartment was entered; there are several tenants that can vouch for this manner). There is constant parking lot activity! Dumpster divers, free loaders, parking lot smokers that have nowhere else to turn, pick ups and drop off at the dumpsters (no exaggeration-- there's proof), car vandalism, and there are always unrecognizable vehicles lingering. -Noise never stops. Its a constant struggle 'cause there is always someone moving in and moving out, slamming doors, and fights. There was an instance the police were notified to the building 3 times in one week (all domestic violence-- there's proof). -Lack of cleanliness and if you think I'm lying just stroll the reviews for visuals. Move-in day, the apartment was simply just not clean (oven, microwave, bathtubs, floors, sinks; there's proof). Drainage issues the first 6 weeks only to personally resolve the issue by pulling globs of hair out of both the sinks and bathtubs. Security, there is none. Don't be fooled by the "cameras" and security patrol they may mention during a complex visit. The "cameras" are only used and viewed to supposedly spot violations of trespassers who are wanting to use the pool and tenants who are inappropriately using the carports. This is highly concerning seeing the complex does not have a gate to control flow-through traffic. Good luck if your car is vandalized while on the property, they will "claim" to have camera footage that roll-over every 7 days but will not provide the footage evidence (be careful, I would hate for there to be a breaking-and-entering into an apartment and the "security cameras" cannot be pulled to gather any evidence whatsoever). I've witnessed barred individuals of the property return with the awareness of the complex and still nothing is done (there's proof). -Contracted workers and maintenance men sleep in vacant apartments days at a time (there's proof). You know it's bad when your child notices people are temporarily living in empty apartments. -Package drop-offs and pick ups at empty apartments (there's proof). Dog poop is everywhere. Good luck walking in the grass! There's more but that is enough for the moment.
There's no teacher like experience itself but some experiences should be avoided and lessons learned through wisdom, not trial-and-error. This does not apply to all of the staffing at this apartment complex. There has been massive turnover every 3-6 months but half of the staff, at the moment, try presenting their best work but may be hindered by the corporate/owner practices and administration...
Read moreHIDDEN GEM! We relocated here for work temporarily needed a unit right away, notifying the apartment on the same day. When we arrived, Kristen had a few units ready to show us, and she promptly took us to see them. Her customer service is outstanding, and she's genuinely a kind person. We chose the unit we wanted on the same day of our showing and explained how crucial it was to expedite the move-in process since we needed the keys the next day. Despite the short notice, which we also received ourselves, Kristen immediately took action to ensure we got the keys.
During the rental verification process, we met Veronica, the apartment manager, who turned out to be another incredible asset to this property. Veronica was very accommodating and worked with Kristen to speed things up. While we waited for our background check to clear, we were offered complimentary beverages. Fortunately for us, the process moved quickly, and our background check was cleared within minutes, allowing us to move forward and get the keys the following day.
After moving in, we encountered some maintenance issues. I submitted a service request, and within 24 hours, someone was at the apartment addressing all of them. Later, I had a maintenance request over the weekend, not realizing the office was closed and only handling emergencies. However, Veronica reached out to me on her day off after hours to let me know she would assist with my request, recognizing the urgency of the situation. I was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service from everyone here. If you're considering renting a unit, this is definitely the...
Read moreApartment was nice, super quiet and nice neighborhood. My lease isn’t even over yet (currently in the process of moving) and I get a tow tag (picture attached) on my cars windshield. Says “Unacceptable condition” and “Expired Inspection?” (Car is registered in Arkansas, no inspection required anyways) Can’t really read it. Car was less than a month expired on the plates, and the car was in perfect drivable condition. We walked around the complex, several other expired tags, and inspection stickers… I feel targeted and pointed out. I paid my rent early, and was never late not once. These apartments are great, quiet and safe, but having one of my vehicles targeted, for “unacceptable” conditions when the car was perfectly normal and drivable (wife’s car, works from home so it didn’t get driven much), just speaks of the type of management this apartment complex has. The “standard” residents are held to per say. I don’t like being targeted. I only took up two spots (mind you I parked in the exact same spot EVERY day.) I parked in front of my wife’s car to save room for the other residents who can’t really even park correctly, nor do they care to give...
