Rip off at its best. Well I was not going to make a post. But here we go. I called to request a horseshoe arrangement for my brothers funeral sent a photo of what I was looking for all the details were supposed to be worked out and what I got was not a Horse but a toilet seat Not even a card or ribbon on the arrangement that I requested charged $470 for absolute garbage. Tried calling to get it fixed. With no answer. A text saying I can take care of it tomorrow. But no phone call no response. So disrespectful to give this as final respect to your family. Insult to injury. I bet you would not give this to your family. Wish i could post a picture of what i ask for...

I called this morning from California wanting to send some flowers to my boyfriend’s Mom who is currently in the hospital in Texarkana. Chris answered and was so nice and super helpful. He made the process very easy despite the distance. I trusted him to make a beautiful, fitting arrangement and he absolutely nailed it! She LOVES her flowers and they really lifted her spirits. I live in Dallas and ordered the "spring forward" just because bouquet for my mimi. I ordered mid-day on a Wednesday, the lady called me shortly after I placed my order online and said she would be delivering these on her way home at 5:00pm. I really appreciated the communication. Professional, yet personal. The bouquet was absolutely incredible. Picture does not do it justice. My mimi was so overwhelmed with how gorgeous they were.
