I’m currently 8 months pregnant. I was craving chicken soup and placed an order to go. I got home and took a few bites of my soup only to notice that there was a small filthy roach in my soup. I immediately called to politely notify the restaurant. After about 5 minutes of being transferred to different people no one seemed to care. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and their aren’t any communication errors here. The restaurant is fully aware of what happened. I told them they need to close the restaurant and clean so that people don’t get sick. The lack of care and effort to do the right thing is concerning. My family and I are new to the area and have been coming to this restaurant almost daily as we unpack and settle in our new home. Accidents happen but this is pure filth and neglect. They don’t appreciate my efforts to allow them to clean and make this better. I didn’t so much as get an apology or refund. I’m beyond disgusted and shocked. I will...

I've been to both locations several times now. The service is stellar and the food is phenomenal! I try to have something new every time I go. My favorites are the Shrimp Carribe, Cabo Tacos, and anything with carnitas. The white queso is another thing on the menu I've come to love.

Aside from a friendly and flavorful experience, both locations are comfortable and clean. After a bad experience with food poisoning at a different restaurant, I take food quality rather seriously and I've always left Loca Luna feeling stuffed and energized. Not once have I ever felt bad or ill after eating here.

If you're dining during a rush, the location off Richmond Road is the better option as there are more parking spaces available there than at the 7th Street site. However, a packed house is a good sign and if you do have to wait, it will be worth it. Definitely my first choice when eating out...

I think Lokal Lunas has a nice atmosphere. This is the one close to Morris Lane in the Pleasant Grove area. The first time that we went we really didn’t get checked on but today we have a waitress that was excellent. She came back so many times she worked at floor I didn’t get to taste any food today. I was only drinking alcohol. I had a peach mango margarita this time and for the sampler it was $15.99 I had everything on that plate so the prices is great for me, I love the drinks you know it didn’t give me too tipsy. We only had one we shared it with a big glass so if you know for wanna go in last year and have a nice drink and a platter, I’ll take yourself about 3035 bucks that would be good. You could take your children there it’s clean the restrooms are clean and I think everybody is friendly so thanks Luna for a nice...

When seeking out a great tasting Mexican joint Loca Luna off Richmond Road is a great stop. There are an extensive number of options to chose from to include burritos, enchiladas, rancheros, and much more. The serving staff is very friendly and very professional and efficient. I have a seafood allergy and they made all steps to prepare my food to not set off my allergic reaction. It's cozy with a number of seats and we'll kept and clean. The food is wonderful. I got 2 steak and chicken burritos with white queso and their verde sauce. I'm not usually a fan of verse sauces but this has the right heat and tang that truly complimented the white queso and the big haul of meat inside. The rice was spot on. Soft but not mushy. Overall this is an excellent place for Mexican food and worth your time.
