This was the first bridal store I went dress shopping at, and I found my dress that I fell in love with. The service that day was amazing. The girls were nice and helpful. But after that, it wasn’t so great. I was never given updates on my dress and when it would come in. I had to call twice, and the first time I was told they didn’t know when it would be in even though it was past the date they had previously said it would be in. The second time I called to check on the status of my dress, I was told it had just gotten in the day before, but I suppose no one was going to call and tell me. I scheduled my fitting appointment for the next day, and when I got there I was not treated with the same respect as the time before. No one was helpful, and I was not even helped to get into my dress for the fitting. Then I was told I wasn’t put down for alterations and would have to come back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I expected to be treated nicer after spending so much money on my wedding dress. I’m hoping it was just a misunderstanding, but I hope they will treat brides better...

I literally don't have a single negative comment about my experience with Gracyn Elizabeth Bridal. Everyone there was kind and helpful. Their selection was wonderful. I had originally planned to use another, widely known bridal shop in a different town, assuming their prices would be better. But not only was that not the case but my experience there was awful. I walked out of their store and never looked back. So my hopes weren't high when I went into GEB. But boy was I surprised. It was everything the bridal experience should be. I ended up doing every bit of my bridal party with them and I'd have it no other way. If I could give them more stars I would. I will say, their selection of bridesmaids gowns might appear smaller than their competitors' at a glance, but give them a chance. You might be surprised. My party was able to find gowns that we all loved in the exact price point...

I made a last minute decision to schedule a dress consultation and was not disappointed!! As soon I walked in I felt super excited and welcomed. Trinity was the woman who helped me and she truly was awesome! She listened to everything I had to say which really wasn’t much and was able to help me pick a dress in no time. I picked out 5/6 to start out with and get a feel for, each dress was better than the last, until I tried on the last dress I chose which wasn’t even my size but it fit like a glove. From the moment I put that dress on I couldn’t stop smiling. There was no rush whatsoever I had an entire hour and a half scheduled and instead I was in and out in 30 minutes!!!
