Short: if you’re used to Hilton brand standard of cleanliness this isn’t it. The only things clean here are sheets and towels. Queen beds are double beds. Look elsewhere. Details: Absolutely confused as to where the 5 star reviews and comments about cleanliness come from. They must’ve stayed at a different hotel, stayed on a renovated(?) floor, bypassed the lobby or taken the stairs. Read the other reviews of people who normally stay at other hilton brand hotels, we had the same experience about the rooms and filthy lobby/rooms. They are dated, small and could be cleaned better. First thing I’ll start with is that the beds are NOT queen size. They are full/double size, but the front desk was adamant they are queens.🤦🏻‍♀️ we moved rooms the next day and they were also the same double sized beds. Second: the air conditioning units, they SMELLED like mildew or mold. Both rooms had smelly ACs one worse than the other but both gross. We stayed on the 4th floor if that matters. Third, cleanliness…the carpet and upholstery in the rooms and the dining area were just dirty. Then again if they couldn’t keep the tile clean, how would they keep soft surfaces clean. The bathroom grout and tub were clearly inadequately cleaned (both rooms). Room smelled like a dirty mop with dirt/stain stuck on grout. The lobby wasn’t any different. Ironically the only clean area in this hotel is the lobby bathroom. You know when someone just dusts to make it seemingly clean, that… oh the fridge in the first room had something that spilled and crusted up on it… Lastly, the elevators were missing buttons inside and out. The floors were filthy like someone just kept mopping over dirt and it’s stuck on…though they didn’t mop the elevator floor there on the ~3 days we stayed. They mopped the lobby once, but it’s was still dirty with crumbs stuck on the floor. Ever heard of sweeping before mopping? The only good thing about our stay was that it was short and we stayed out of the hotel most of the time. In fact the only thing nice about this hotel was the dog area outside and it’s landscaping. The staff was incompetent, but at least nice. We didn’t hassle them for additional cleaning or anything as it was not worth the effort after seeing the same issues in the second room and after seeing the lobby still dirty from the previous day.

We walked in the hotel late one evening looking for a place to stay. You could smell the clean of the lobby the minute you walked in the door. It was really just lipstick on a pig. The elevator was broken, but they were able to get us to our room using the elevator, which we didn't mind. As soon as we walked into our room, it smelled musty and old. The a/c was full of old gross stuff. The freezer was full of some kind of spill that hadn't been cleaned. The light switch in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned ever. The soap holder in the bathroom is full of mold. The sink has build up on it. The air return is full of dirt. We did what we could to keep our stuff from touching anything in the room. The cleaning in this hotel is not up to par. Our beds and towels appeared clean. With it being so late, we stuck it out, but we will not make this mistake again. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Hotel better than expected. The ladies at the front desk were so very nice and had great humor. The grandkids wanted to eat at Golden Corral. The ladies at the desk gave us the most thoughtful directions that might be more comfortable for us than the directions the phone would give us. The pool was very warm and one of the grandkids actually learned to float and the both dunked their heads for the first time! I especially liked that each room number also had a picture next to it. I NEVER remember my hotel room number. The picture was super helpful. The tea selection was good in the room, the shower products were nice quality, and OH! the room had the cutest cups with the ice bucket. Adorable!🥰

My "2-star" rating is becase Angela's BEYOND TEXTBOOK, PERFECT exhibition of customer service and care could not make-up for the nonchalant, inattentiveness of a desk clerk in response to one of my guests reporting being bitten by bedbugs in her room, and the lack of response from management in this matter. My actual rating of my experience is NEGATIVE 5-starsAngela single-handedly brought it up to 2-stars!

This rating was well on it's way to being a respectable 4-stars. The facility is one of the better kept "older" Hamptons. I reserved 8 rooms at this property as overflow for a Conference I was hosting at the Convention Center. One of my guests woke up to being bitten by bedbugs. (Yes, she took pictures of the bugs and the specs of blood on the white sheets). She was bleeding from the bites. The overnight desk clerk to whom she complained acted "unaffected." I spoke to the same desk agent saw she was completely unconcerned. A manager was supposed to call me later in the day. (This was Friday, July 15th). No call. Later in the day. I returned to the front desk where I met and spoke with Angela. (Angela is the epitome of customer service and care! I watched her interact with multiple guests). Angela made notes, expressed concern, and said that only a manager could authorize that I not be charged for the room. She said she would leave notes for the manager who would be in after 3pm. I expressed how important it was that I speak to a manager as my party and I were due to check out Saturday and I needed confirmation that I would not be charged for the "bedbug" room, and suggested future guests not be assigned to the room until it was thoroughly treated by appropriate professionals. Later, as I passed the desk, I was told the manager had come and gone yet, I received no call. Today is July 19th, and I still have not received any communication from the managament of this hotel.

My conclusion: they have bed bugs, know it,and choose to ignore it and those...

I give this place one star the service was for my room was nice but the service was poor I asked the front desk lady if she would ask the other guests to not take over the swimming pool so my granddaughter could enjoy some quality time with me but she kept asking them not to dive jump in the pool throwing footballs Exedra Exedra did they listen no they kept on doing what they was doing and that's how my granddaughter ended up we decided to go work out instead Dever said because all she kept talking about was how she wanted to swim and she wanted me to teach you that didn't happen and then for breakfast each morning the little baseball league come down and they made a horrible mess in the kitchen area I wanted to take more pictures but I didn't want to embarrass them by taking pictures of them while we were sitting there I should have embarrassed him in their mess but I didn't I feel sorry for the lady that was attending the kitchen area because she had much work to do how disrespectful also it was my anniversary I asked them if they had any amenities for me and my husband anniversary and they said that they would get back to me did they get back know that I have anything special in my room waiting for me know for them to be a five star hotel and the amount of money that we spend each night for their room you would think they would give us something free they didn't we had to go down and get our own towels and no one came to clean our room up we took that I own trash needless to say it was a disaster weekend and the Hampton did not do as great should have went next door to their sister Hotel where I normally stay the Hilton Garden Inn but they were full and that's how we ended up at the Hampton but like I said beautiful room but the service was poor in the floors were always wet from the pool area...
