Always courteous staff, whether you dine in ,Or go thru the drive thru. Most of the workers are young, but they all have nice appearances, name tags on,with their clothes neat, and shirts tucked in.
They smile, and act like they like their jobs/ or they are good actors and pretend very well if they don’t. I have been going to this location for 10+ years, and have never had a bad experience, or a worker be rude to me.The prices are ok,and refills with a smile are free.
When it’s busy like today when I went, a worker(Wesley I think), was outside by the speaker taking orders to help speed things up.Lauren gave me my food st the window.

Read moreThe young girl who served me was pleasant enough but clueless, the wait in line was long for no good reason- she was super slow, employees were standing around doing nothing. I paid almost 20 quid for 2 kids meals due to being charged extra for milkshakes which the server had told us was included in the price of kids meals. Also when I went to complain, I was told a manager would come out to me but i was still standing there waiting 5 minutes and no one even so much is acknowledged me. This location sucks and not ever going back to spend my hard earned money...

We were trying to read the menu when a female employee rudely gestured toward us and said "Cain't no customers be in here.." or something to that effect. Managers, please make the pick-up area look more presentable. It's completely rinky-dink looking now. If this is a permanent change to your format, then make it look more professional. The goofy little printed out signs are not properly positioned for customers to know where they are...
