My wife and I were here this morning and shopped for about 15 minutes or so, then stood in line for 45 minutes. The nice woman at the ONE open register was very nice and calm, even though she had to call for a manager twice before it was our turn to checkout. The manager had no urgency about her. She took her time to help, carrying her clipboard like someone of importance, even after seeing 8 or more people in line. The cashier was so nice and apologized for the wait, for it was her first day on the job. Now, there were several employees working throughout the store, yet the manager didn't open any other registers to help out the new employee. Read moreExcept for smelling like poo when we entered, we managed to find what we were shopping for on Saturday. We moved to the back of the store where the odor wasn't causing us to cover our noses. We were able to find some great things to redecorate my granddaughter's bedroom like art, lamp, rug, throw pillows, and shelves, and curtains. By the time we made our way up front, the horrible smell had dissipated, so we tried on a few things. Read moreMe and my kids went there today to shop, the person checking us out (Bree) was very rude and you could tell she did not want to be there at ALL! If you hate your job, you should probably find another one. There was another girl with a short hair style who helped me find the security tag that Bree had left on who was very nice and enthusiastic which is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. Wish I would have caught her name but employees like that are what make people want to come back! She should definitely give Bree a few training lessons on...
