Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texarkana

I usually don’t have a problem with this place, but today was different. I placed an order and was told it should be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes. The window was open and I could see people in the back, so I blew my horn a couple of times and I yelled in there to try to get someone’s attention, but I was never acknowledged. I stayed there about 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. I was on my lunch break which was 45 minutes and I had to place my order at another Pizza Hut here in town. I would have gone somewhere else if it was just mine, but I was sharing with 2 other nurses who we’re waiting as well. I think this is unacceptable! If they were behind, someone should have come to the window to say so. Totally unexplainable, but the one on Stateline was...

I haven't been to this place in a very long time and really bothered me going to this location. 1st thing that bothered me this is a sit down restaurant you want people to order as much as possible and instead of letting you enjoy an appetizer and look over menu THEY DON'T HAVE MENUS ANYMORE AND WANT YOU TO PAY BEFORE YOU EVEN TAKE A SEAT. 2nd thing that bothered me I ordered something simple BREAD STICKS WITH CHEESE told them I needed them well done because I got doughy ones last time and they needed to be cut bite size pieces for kids. Went thru it got charged twice amount, still undercooked and ended up having to buy food somewhere else after waiting. That's not how you run a business. Do better or shut your doors...

Ordered a pizza, paid $45 for it and the app said "loading delivery details". 30 minutes later there were Still no delivery details but please believe they had drafted their funds from my account. I called in to see when they would deliver our food and they said that they wouldn't be because they didn't have record of a delivery order from our phone number or address. Yes somehow they did have our funds. This is the 2nd time this has happened ordering from this location and I have not had this issue at any other Pizza Hut location. Don't waste your time period we will be reporting this location to the Better...
