The Home Depot — Local services in Thatcher

We came in to get the discount on heating and cooling and Did Not Get Our Discount, we paid $15,200.00 for a 5 head cassette unit and only got 4 units installed I thought we needed 7 units to heat and cool our home. The expert first quoted us 4 units for $13,000.00 Then when our refinancing on our home required new heating to be installed we called the expert in and then when he found out we needed it installed to get the refinancing completed he jacked the price up over $2,000.00. My husband went along with this robbery, I let my husband fiance it through Wells fargo. I refused. The expert only installed 4 of the 5 cassettes. Our basement is still freezing in the winter time an way to got in the summertime. As it's a walk out basement. This Basement was our main concern as we already had the wsterheater freeze and leak and 1 pipe broke the 1st winter in our older home. We have been talking to a manager at this store in Safford for months and all they can do is offer us a discount on windows? I still have a heating and cooling problem over 1 year later? Then Safford manager was really interested in how when we chose Wells Fargo Financing, I guess the contract went to the experts company that did the shotty install for Home Depot and Home Depot did not get a piece of the $15,200.00 contract, so because Home Depot did not get their cut of the contract pie. They dont want to help our Family. I was promised a phone call from the district manager in Tucson Store months ago. Still nothing from District Manager. I guess they forgot about a customer that has spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in Home Depot remodeling our 3,200 square foot home.this is absolutely horrible customer service. No satisfaction what so ever. Shop at the Safford Hardware store in town help the small family store out these huge box stores really have Zero Customer Satifaction all they are worried about is their own profits in their pockets never mind the poor slobs that shop there.plus we still do not have the owners manual for the heat exchanger unit. I guess the experts company thought we would be hiring them for maintenance? We are so disappointed we will be selling...

Seriously the poorest customer service I have seen in a while. Pretty bad when you spend thousands if dollars there for your company and try to order something for 5 days just to get tossed from manager to manager and for Justin the main manager to never return a phone call. Then you call the pro desk 3x more just to be told you'll be called back and you never get a call back so you call again now 3pm day is over and again I relate the importance and they say they only have 2 people and will call you back finally I'm over the money they have owed my owners and cannot wait anymore and decide to order from any store but this one. I mean from a thursday to a Tuesday and no movement no help except from Tracy the manager on Tuesday who found the money owed to my company but her employees aren't on the same page even when I tell them she said i could process my order with the pro desk when she transferred me. But that never happened. Honestly for spending so much of our business at this store I'm so ashamed at the management at this store. Seriously embarrassing I wanna know what happened to customer service and actually doing what you say you're going to do. Sad excuse of customer service. Nowadays it's starting to become more and more digitized. More convenient just to order online. I wish there were more employees willing to help and tell you that they "hope you have a good day". Sometimes for depressed people, like me, I would like to hear, every now and then, that somebody, even if it's a stranger, cares, to an extent. I see nobody at their departments; especially when I need a pair of blinds. They don't carry the ones I want. I'll have to search all over the app to see if I can even find the specific kind I need with specific measures that are different from the modern mobile home since my house was made in 1986... Not even their smallest door can fit my small door frames... I would have to specifically order them, but they do not provide that at Home Depot, even on the app...
